Previous experience with heavy mechanical equipment, preferred. Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, gas, and diesel systems. Ability to read blueprints, hydraulic schematics, and electrical diagrams. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable using computers to access work instructions and track labor. Experience with concrete pumps preferred but not required. Will train the right candidate. Physical Demands Ability to perform repetitive work while moving around, under, and over equipment on the production floor (about 95% of the time).
