JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Director, this role is responsible for optimizing production manufacturing processes through developing, planning, and implementing improvements that positively impact safety, quality, labor, and delivery utilizing engineering principles.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Production line technical support
* Provide necessary tooling, routers, labor standards, raw material structure, process instructions, and technical support for the timely implementation of engineering changes

* Utilize PLM (Product Life-Cycle Manager) system including reviewing product design changes and assess manufacturing impact

* Develop process changes/improvements using SPC, PFMEA, and control plans
