Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. We are currently looking for Registered Nurses (RN) with OASIS experience and LVNs with home care experience to care for clients in Waco and surrounding areas.
