Position Overview:

· Under the supervision of the OR Manager and/or Director of Perioperative Services, the Charge Nurse is to ensure that patient-flow through the Operating Room phase is accomplished in an organized and efficient manner with emphasis on providing high quality patient care. This position is responsible for coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly staffing plans consistent with ensuring effective and reliable operations within the surgical setting.
Qualifications
Education:
