Join Medtronic's Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) Remote Sales Team and help drive growth by selling our industry-leading products, retaining end-user accounts, and building strong customer relationships within an assigned geographic territory. You will be responsible for driving business across the full ACMPortfolio, including Tracheostomy, Endotreacheal Tubes, Breathing Filters, Closed Suction, and Temperature Management. You'll identify, develop, and close leads, provide valuable market input, and play a key role in the education and adoption of our products. This position is remote to enhance our competitive edge and expand our cross-functional collaboration efforts. This role will require up to 5% travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects. Key Responsibilities: Remotely sell Medtronic products and retain end-user patients within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales goals. Identify, develop, and close leads for the business, and refer internal leads when appropriate. Provide input on new markets, product introductions, and existing products or supplies. Promote and facilitate education on company products and services. Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Arrange product demonstrations by field sales representatives as needed. Establish and maintain customer relationships, develop new customer relationships, implement sales strategies, and close sales. Independently manage multiple accounts and identify new and potential customers. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to structure complex contracts and understand market landscape, marketing, and pricing structures. Recommend and implement changes in sales processes or account tactics to improve effectiveness and achieve sales goals. Communicate with external customers and vendors, negotiate, and deliver presentations to manage relationships and close sales.
