Job Description
To ensure that assigned Associate Housing areas kept clean and maintained to meet the expectations of the Omni Hotels and Resortrs Standards.
Responsibilities
Cleans areas of Homestead owned housing on an as needed basis - as per the cleaning schedule
Sweeps, mops and vacuums corridors, stairways, common area bathrooms and kitchen areas.
Shampoos carpets when necessary.
Transports trash and waste from housing.
Inspects vacant rooms and reports condition to Manager.
Deep cleans individual rooms and bathrooms when employees vacate and prepares for new occupants ensuring the room is set-up with furniture and linens. This may require moving furniture from one building to another depending on need. Also includes but is not limited to; wiping down walls, baseboards, cleaning blinds and scrubbing showers and toilets. This normally takes 3-4 hours per room depending on condition of room. Enters deep clean into Rooms Binder,
Coordinates linen supplies with Laundry department.
Monitors hallways and rooms replacing light bulbs as necessary and cleaning fixtures.
Reports any room damages to Manager and details in Rooms Binder.
Deep cleans the public areas of all housing facilities on a rotating schedule. This includes cleaning refrigerators, stoves and cabinets in the common area kitchens.
Maintain exterior areas of housing including, but not limited to, weeding gardens, emptying trash, cleaning windows, sweeping sidewalks and parking areas, cleaning grills and picnic areas
Assists tenants of housing as needed.
Assist with shuttle runs when needed
Greet new arrivals as needed
Any other reasonable task assigned by management
Qualifications

The laundry attendant - box truck driver will make sure that linens are processed in a timely fashion, in accordance with Omni Hotel standards, and delivered to the Resort. Must be comfortable operating all laundry equipment (ex. commercial dryer, commercial washer, linen folder, etc.) and driving, loading and unloading a box truck.

Inform Canopy Tour director of any maintenance needs on the course.
Guide groups of up to 8 guests on the Canopy Tour and demonstrate proficiency in the multitude of skills required to guide.
Ensure that all procedures covered in the Guide Training Manual are followed.
Respond when necessary to evacuate participants from the course.
Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for Canopy Tour guests.
Assist in operating the Canopy Tour / Red Tail Racer Zip Line
Tools & Equipment: All Computer Systems, All Facility Utility Systems, Telephone system, 2-Way Radios, etc.

This position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in each guest room. Guest room attendants refresh rooms for guests who are continuing their stay, as well as thoroughly clean rooms of guests who have checked out in preparation for the next guest checking in.

The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the Spa and Fitness Center while providing superior guest service in an environment of relaxation and comfort.
Responsibilities
Consistently demonstrates Omni's associate commitments in delivering the best guest service and spa experience.
Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the facility, inside locker room, fitness center and spa hallways
Know basic front desk operations: including assisting guests with locker set-up, robes and sandals

Provide list to Supervisor/Manager when supplies are getting low
Maintain laundry inventory and keep linens at high levels

Maintain linens in spa dispensary for therapists by folding and stocking of linens
Maintain bathrooms and restock supplies as needed
Responsible for checking in guests, providing guest orientation, and ensuring all linen towels and beverages are always clean, prepared and well stocked.
Maintain high standards in all guest areas.
Perform the mineral soak treatment.
Qualifications
Knowledge of facility layout and ability to provide directions within the hotel.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Job Description
The Omni Homestead Special Events Attendant is dedicated to providing quality service that exceeds Guest and Member expectations. The attendant works to create guests for life, by proactively embracing The Omni Homestead service standards, adhering to safety regulations, and gaining the knowledge to assist guests with all needs.
Responsibilities
Consistently demonstrate and own any and all tasks. The Power of ONE. Ensuring that warmth, personalization, proactivity and awareness are utilized in all interactions.
Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and employee partners, damage to our property or the property of others. Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency, and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency.
Know and share information about the resort and activities, demonstrate this knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation and resort/activity information to our guests and employee partners
Set up and facilitation of Special Events including children's crafts, cookie decorating, painting activities, tiedye, bingo, family game nights, limbo, lawn games, etc.
Enter all activities into Resort Suite for Signups
Clean and sanitize event spaces before and after guest arrival
Help with daily operations of Special Event weekends, including but not limited to setup, registration, ringing up tickets, booking events, tearing down, etc
Working weekends and holidays is required for this position.
Opportunities may arise where attendants are asked to dress up as characters for various events
