Front Office Duties: * Greet patients in a courteous and friendly manner, providing a welcoming atmosphere. * Schedule and confirm patient appointments and procedures * Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or fees as needed. * Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients and other callers. * Complete patient check-in and check-out processes. Back Office Duties: * Take patient vital signs, record medical histories, and update electronic health records (EHR). * Administer injections and immunizations as directed by healthcare providers. (on-site training provided) * Perform basic laboratory tests, including specimen collection and processing. * Provide patient education and instructions as directed by healthcare providers.
