You will be the face of the operation, assisting customers with purchases, including food/drink orders, offering and explaining current promotional opportunities, addressing guest concerns that arise during the shift, and always Delivering outstanding Spartan experiences ( DOSE ) in every interaction. Some operations include cooking and serving of food. You must be knowledgeable of all relevant food safety regulations, standards, and guidelines to ensure the safe handling and serving of all food and drink items to customers. It is an expectation of your position you will make certain the guests of Culinary Services receive outstanding customer service during every visit.
