The Director of Project Controls Systems, Data Governance, Analytics, Reporting & AI Enablement is accountable for the governance, administration, and business enablement of the company's global Project Controls systems landscape, with primary responsibility for Primavera Cloud and Oracle Unifier. This role also leads the responsible adoption of AI including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI as applied to cost, schedule and project performance to enhance reporting, controls, data quality, and decision support across the capital delivery portfolio.
This position serves as the critical bridge between business requirements, system configuration, and advanced analytics-ensuring Enterprise-grad systems and AI capabilities are implemented rapidly, governed rigorously, and produce high-quality, trusted outputs for executive decision-making. While not a technical engineering role, this position owns the business use cases, governance, controls, and value realization of AI applied to project controls data.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Ownership & Governance
Own the end-to-end governance of Project Controls systems, including Primavera Cloud and Oracle Unifier.
Configuration of systems to enforce global standards for schedule, cost, change, forecasting, reporting, and controls.
Act as the business system owner, accountable for system configuration, usage standards, and lifecycle management.
Establish decision rights, approval hierarchies, and change-control processes for both system and AI-related enhancements.
Protect system integrity by prioritizing requirements and explicitly declining low-value or high-risk requests.
Business Requirements, MVP Delivery & AI Integration
Lead global requirements gathering, analysis, and prioritization for Project Controls systems and AI-enabled capabilities.

Executive reporting and decision support
Provide business leadership for the application of Large Language Models (LLMs) to project controls data, ensuring accuracy, explainability, and auditability.
Oversee the controlled deployment of Agentic AI solutions that execute predefined workflows (e.g., issue triage, reporting preparation, risk flagging) under strict governance.
Partner with AI, data, and security teams to ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for data privacy, security, and responsible use.
Ensure AI outputs are trusted, traceable, and decision-ready, with human oversight embedded in all critical workflows.
Data Quality, Reporting & Controls Accountability
Own the quality, integrity, and consistency of schedule, cost, and forecast data across systems and AI-enabled outputs.
Ensure CAPEX/OPEX cost reporting is accurate, auditable, and aligned to executive expectations.
Oversee global reporting for the data-center fleet, specific to data-center fit-out programs.
Establish validation rules, data controls, and exception management processes across both traditional reporting and AI-generated insights.
Team Leadership & Organizational Build
Build and lead a global organization of business analysts and system administrators from the ground up.
Scale and manage teams of up to 30+ professionals across regions.
Develop capability in AI-assisted analysis, requirements definition, and controls governance within the team.
Set performance expectations, career paths, and delivery standards aligned to enterprise objectives.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership by delivering clarity, discipline, and reliable insight.

Role Summary The Director of Global Partner Enablement is responsible for defining and scaling a global enablement strategy that drives partner preference, pipeline growth, and customer security outcomes across Sophos' go-to-market model. This role ensures partners-VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, and Distributors-are fully enabled to sell, deploy, manage, and expand Sophos solutions globally. This leader blends deep channel expertise, modernized learning, and strong field execution, translating Sophos' cybersecurity strategy into role-based, lifecycle-driven enablement that accelerates partner time-to-value and long-term commercial success. As part of the the global go-to-market enablement team, this will partner with Global Channel, Regional Partner Leaders, Sales, and Marketing leadership to embed enablement into field execution. What You Will Do
Execute a Partner-First GTM Enablement Strategy
Define and execute a global partner enablement strategy aligned to Sophos' GTM model, partner program tiers, and regional growth priorities.
Ensure enablement supports key Sophos motions, including MSP/MSSP managed security services, solution selling, renewals, and expansion.
Lead change management initiatives that evolve partner behaviors in support of new GTM motions, platform adoption, and services-led selling.
Deliver Role-Based Partner Learning and Readiness Programs
Design and scale role-specific partner learning journeys across sales, technical pre-sales, implementation, managed services, customer success, and renewals.
Guide partners from onboarding through advanced competency and specialization, aligned to Sophos certifications, accreditations, and partner program requirements.
Apply adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and skills-based frameworks to ensure learning drives behavior change and performance.
Maintain content lifecycle governance to ensure enablement stays current with product releases, platform evolution, and threat landscape changes.
Support MSP / MSSP Enablement and Field Execution
Ensure enablement directly supports MSP and MSSP business models, including recurring revenue motions, operational efficiency, and service differentiation.
Establish global enablement standards, frameworks, and governance while enabling regional flexibility based on market needs.
Collaborate with Regional Enablement and Field teams to support GTM launches, sales plays, campaigns, and priority partners.
Coordinate delivery of enablement such as workshops, simulations, solution playbooks, and technical labs that reinforce real-world execution.
Act as an executive escalation point for strategic partner enablement needs.
Define and Track Enablement Success Metrics
Ensure success metrics are tied to Sophos business outcomes, including partner ramp time, certification attainment, pipeline contribution, deal velocity, adoption, renewal rates, and expansion.
Leverage CRM, partner performance data, and field insights to identify skill gaps and optimize enablement investments.
Provide executive-ready reporting that demonstrates enablement impact on partner success and revenue growth.
Drive Content Strategy with Cross-Functional Leadership
Oversee the global partner enablement content strategy, including onboarding programs, solution and security playbooks, labs, partner toolkits, and just-in-time resources.
Serve as a cross-functional leader working closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Partner Programs, Sales, and Channel to ensure alignment and consistency.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global partner enablement team (direct and/or dotted-line), operating effectively in a matrixed environment.
What You Will Bring
10+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel sales, customer success enablement, or learning and development within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
Deep hands-on experience enabling global channel partners across Americas, EMEA, and APJ, with strong understanding of MSP, MSSP, VAR, and distributor models.
Proven success designing and executing role-based, GTM-aligned learning programs that drive measurable partner performance.
Experience working closely with Sales, Channel, and Customer Success leaders in a partner-first organization.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and demonstrate enablement ROI.
Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting or scaling MSP/MSSP-centric GTM motions.
Familiarity with Sophos-style partner programs, certifications, and security solutions.
Experience with enablement platforms, LMS/LXP systems, partner portals, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and content authoring tools.
Experience applying AI-driven learning and enablement tools to accelerate partner readiness, adoption & performance at scale.
Foundational understanding of instructional design, adult learning theory, and skills-based enablement frameworks.
Advanced degree in business, learning, or a related field.
In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $161,000 to $268,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate's specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

About The Job:
The role delivers growth to Red Hat through developing, proposing, negotiating and closing complex financial contracts in excess of $80M+ in Total Contract Value. These solutions solve our customers' commercial and fiscal challenges and transform our businesses' business relationships through mitigation of risk and quantifying and visualizing the application of creative solutions and their impact to the total customer buying relationship. The Dealmaker represents Red Hat in must win customer negotiations and owns deal results, leveraging Fiscal/Risk Scenario Analysis, modeling and proposals to gain customer trust and deliver outcomes (Revenue Growth, Margin, and Cash Flow).

What You Will Do:
Partner with customers to create new, innovative fiscal and commercial contractual solutions that deliver revenue and margin growth leveraging existing and new customer budgets and expanding the total Red Hat share of wallet.
Support, develop and deliver on ACV and ARR goals through one off engagements and coordination with local Sales, Finance, deal desk, BU and Sales Operations on a case-by-case basis.
Design, evaluate and advise FLT on IBM/Red Hat cross brand commercial revenue opportunities that leverage joint capabilities and maximize customer and commercial outcomes.
Negotiate intercompany IBM/Red Hat on commercial revenue share and executing strategy of high-profile joint pursuits.
Develop recommendations that accelerate sales, including analysis of build, partner and buy opportunities and other strategic investment proposals that inspire senior leaders to grow Red Hat in new ways.
Work directly/indirectly with the largest Red Hat customers to assist in determining and approving optimal commercial solutions that meet the customers' needs while optimizing the IBM / Red Hat offer while maximizing the revenue opportunity. Empowerment and decision making, broad legal and financial authority, with extensive understanding of concession risks and cost of sales implications.
Accountable for making decisions regarding concessions to drive deals to closure while minimizing risk to Red Hat and closing good, profitable business.
What You Will Bring:
10+ years Direct Sales experience with commercial enterprise customers
Extensive experience with contracts and negotiations of committed spend and/or other ELA style contracts with hands-on experience and demonstrated success with customers with $25M+ annual spend.
Experience with RFP and/ or Software negotiation on opportunities > $100M+ contract value at senior customer level (CxO).
Knowledge of the marketplace, competition and specific challenges of major industry sectors driving negotiation behaviors that present risk for the customer and Red Hat with the ability to quantify and model to customer and stakeholders.
Must be able to navigate a frequently changing environment, incomplete information and complex stakeholder structures.
Strong analytical, mathematical, scenario analysis and software tool skills (ex. Excel, Powerpoint, Pivot tables, data manipulation, transformation, expected value) and how to use these to present compelling financial business cases to customers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with knowledge of ZOPA, BATNA, etc. and how to use these in conjunction with excellent presentation skills (internally and customer-facing).
Proven capabilities of exemplary impact through cross-group collaboration and partnerships.
Experience in pricing and economics along with strong understanding of GAAP and Non-GAAP accounting.

Knowledge of Enterprise Platform and successful implementation of transformation utilizing enterprise platforms, with the ability to map relevant technologies to customers' IT and business needs and priorities/adoption over time and transform into visional collaborative scenario models using customer collaboration and assumption that build alignment and trust.

The salary range for this position is $291,510.00 - $481,100.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat's compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
