Property Name: Arroyo Green Maintenance Technician Join our Property Management team as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining safe, quality housing for our residents. Reporting to the Community Manager, you'll handle complex maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping systems while mentoring junior staff. This position offers hands-on work in a mission-driven environment where your technical skills directly impact the lives of working families, seniors, and people with special needs in our affordable housing communities. Property Name: Crescent Terrace, Le Beaulieu Maintenance Technician Join our Property Management team as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining safe, quality housing for our residents. Reporting to the Community Manager, you'll handle complex maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping systems while mentoring junior staff. This position offers hands-on work in a mission-driven environment where your technical skills directly impact the lives of working families, seniors, and people with special needs in our affordable housing communities.
