Nature of Work
Under general supervision of the Director of IT, the IT Enterprise Applications Supervisor performs high-level functions of system administration to ensure the reliability, health, and security of City of Rochester enterprise business software applications. This position plays a critical role in providing leadership and visioning for the IT enterprise applications section of the IT team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing operations and direction of IT Analyst work, leading the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise business software applications, providing excellent team leadership, and other duties as assigned or necessary.
Pay:2026 starting salary is $107,123 to $126,027, depending on qualifications with advancement to $157,533.
Schedule:The typical work schedule 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday with evening and weekend work based on the timing of after hours and emergency work. Remote work is available on a hybrid basis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage operations and direction of IT Analyst work
* Supervise IT Analysts by delegating tasks and work assignments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or closely related field from an accredited four-year college or university AND five (5) years of full-time employment experience in system administration, with at least one (1) yearof supervisory/management/leadership experience directing professional or support staff. Seven (7) or more years of experience in positions of progressive responsibility may be substituted for one (1) yearof supervisory experience.
