Perform daily and weekly safety checks on boilers and make necessary repairs as required. Inspect motor, belts, fluid levels, replace filters and perform other maintenance actions in accordance with maintenance procedures. Performing basic welding activities to effect repairs on facilities and equipment. Inspect, clean and lubricate shafts, bearings gears and other equipment parts in accordance with work procedures and technical manual. Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System. The Electrician will be accountable for the efficient operation of all the electrical-related equipment and instrumentation throughout the facility, both inside and outside of the building. Make timely reporting & documentation of equipment breakdowns or mis-operation; provide troubleshooting to minimize downtime of plant equipment. Industrial Maintenance Technician Must have basic knowledge of General Maintenance, Hydraulic Systems, Electrical and Electronic Systems, and Welding (TIG,MIG). Must be able to operate and repair at least 2 different types of forklifts. Technician must be able to work as a team or individually.
