Pros of working at MonetaGo

Good pay for doing not much.

Cons of working at MonetaGo

No business case. No revenues. Incompétent management. Unclear strategy. Useless use case. Company has lots of outstanding bills with no intention to pay. Lost a discrimination lawsuit. It looks like a money laundering scheme.

Good salary. Fully remote work.

What do you like best about MonetaGo's CEO and the leadership team?

They have no understanding of what they are doing. Nobody gas a professional track record of work in trade finance industry prior to Monetago.

How would you improve MonetaGo's culture?

There is nothing to be done.

How did you prepare for the MonetaGo interview?

No interview preparation. It’s more if the CEO likes you or not. One if the candidates responded to the question « What would you like to do in your next job? » - «  I would like to sit at home doing nothing and collect my pay check » and they still hired him.

How does your compensation at MonetaGo compare to the industry average?

Good hight compensation.

What's the diversity at MonetaGo like?

No diversity. They fired a pregnant lady because did not want to pay for maternity benefits and she sued them and they lost the case.

What brings you the most joy at MonetaGo?

The salary.
