As our first point of contact, the front office team sets the tone for a guest's stay. Applicants should have at least a year of previous customer service skills. Positions can include the Front Desk, Concierge, PBX (Operator), Valet, Shuttle, or Bell Staff.
Kalahari guests are accustomed to experiencing a high level of guest service and cleanliness during their stay. WATERPARK
This role is generally reserved for majors such as Park & Recreation or Sports & Event Management but is open to anyone. The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of golf course maintenance and management at a top-tier facility.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with spray applications and chemical/fertilizer programs.
Operate, maintain and troubleshoot irrigation systems.
Utilize USGA Deacon software daily, including:
GS3 Ball
Stimpmeter
Firmness meter
USGA Moisture Meter
Identify turf pests, diseases, and weeds.
Operate and maintain golf course maintenance equipment.
Participate in a full range of agronomic practices used at championship-level facilities.
Assist with staff training and daily crew supervision.

Qualifications:
Degree of certificate from a 2-year or 4-year Turfgrass Management Program.
Minimum of 2 years of golf course maintenance experience (internship experience strongly preferred).
Candidates with less experience but strong motivation and a desire to learn will be considered for an entry-level growth position.
Position Details:
Hourly Position: $20/hour + overtime available.
Schedule: 40 - 45 hours per week, early mornings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays required.
Seasonal position: March - November
Opportunity for year-round employment within the resort (December-February).
