    Arc of New Mexico Albuquerque, New Mexico The Moran Company is pleased to partner with Arc of New Mexico to recruit the organization's next Executive Director. Organizational Background The Arc of New Mexico has served people with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1955. The mission statement maintains “The Arc promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes.” Throughout its history, The Arc has continued to support this philosophy by focusing on legislative priorities, developing programs, and implementing new ideas for ensuring these rights are upheld. The Arc serves over 1,000 individuals annually through a current revenue budget of $2.2 million and 22 employees. Four major program areas address the mission: Guardianship - Guardianship services are provided through a contract with the New Mexico Developmental Disabilities Council (NMDDC). A staff of professional guardians is available to assist individuals with developmental disabilities with decision-making. Representative Payee - The Arc of New Mexico is a Social Security Administration approved Organizational Payee to assist individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities who are unable to manage their own benefit funds. As payee, The Arc of New Mexico is responsible for paying for individual's basic needs (housing, food, clothing, medical needs) from their benefit checks. Master Trust - The Arc administers two special needs trusts which provide financial planning options for people with disabilities and their families. Trusts allow individuals to maintain eligibility for government benefits such as SSI, Medicaid and Waiver programs. Public Policy & Legislative Action - The Arc of New Mexico monitors national, state, and local legislation and regulations which impact individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, is involved in advisory committees and coalitions which impact change and progress, and sponsors events and participates in conferences which encourage public advocacy and actions from self-advocates. The Executive Director works from the office of The Arc in Albuquerque. Established in 1706 on the banks of the Rio Grande, Albuquerque is the state's largest city with a total metro area population of over 900,000. Situated in the high desert at 5,300 feet, people in Albuquerque enjoy over 300 days of sunshine a year. Perhaps best known for the annual Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, this is a culturally rich and naturally beautiful metropolitan area. Sitting at the crossroads of New Mexico's major highways (Interstates 40 and 25), Albuquerque has long attracted new residents with its favorable economy, artistic atmosphere, and quick access to outdoor recreation. The Rio Grande that flows through the city center is a playground for kayakers, and miles of walking and cycling trails wind through its wooded banks. Position Summary The Executive Director is the key management leader of The Arc of New Mexico, responsible for overseeing administration, programs, public policy and advocacy, and executing the organization's strategic vision. The Executive Director will ensure The Arc of New Mexico's relevance to the communities it serves, provide inspirational action-orientated leadership to continually enhance the organization's capacity to carry out its mission, and ensure accountability of the organization to its diverse constituents. General responsibilities include administering board support, developing and sustaining financial strength, enhancing organizational operations including infrastructure, human resources, program efficiency and effectiveness, and optimizing external and internal communications and partnerships. The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Directors and will engage in other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate for this position possesses (in addition to the required qualifications): Fundraising experience, with a work history that includes successfully generating new revenue. Understanding of people living with disabilities including the needs of people in rural and tribal communities, and knowledge of New Mexico politics, statutes, and state agencies. This includes the creation and execution of strategies to raise restricted and unrestricted revenue. Goal 3. Organization Operations: To oversee and implement appropriate resources to ensure that the operations of the organization (including infrastructure and human resources) are appropriate to support strategic goals and objectives. Goal 4. External Communication and Partnerships: To enhance the organization's image by being active and visible in the community and by working closely with other professional, civic, and private organizations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Leadership Demonstrated achievement in a leadership role as an executive or senior manager position in the nonprofit sector Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Skills to collaborate with and motivate board members, staff, volunteers, and constituents Ability to provide leadership in a fast-paced, diverse and multicultural environment Non-Profit Management Sound knowledge and experience of non-profit administration principles and management concepts, including budgeting, board management, resource allocation, auditing, asset management, marketing/public relations and program management Experience working with a Board of Directors or other governing body structure that works with policy, operational, and fiduciary authority and responsibilities Minimum of three (3) years of fundraising experience including individual donor cultivation, grant proposal writing, corporate sponsorship cultivation and special events management Working knowledge and experience in the utilization of technology to improve efficiency of services, fundraising, and providing innovative support to the disability community Disability Community Experience Preferred Knowledge (personal or professional) of the function, philosophy, and advocacy of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred. Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in a human services or organizational management field (Public Administration; Business Administration; Human Services; Social Work; Public Law, etc.) OR equivalent experience required. Five or more years of increasingly responsible leadership experience within the social/human services sector with demonstrated experience managing all areas of an organization. Travel Up to 25%-time in travel, mostly in-state. Compensation The annual salary range for this position is expected to be in the $150,000 range, commensurate with the background and experience of the selected candidate. Additional services include case management, respite, supported employment, and recreation. Spectrum operates with a $48 million budget and employs 600 staff. Its administrative office is in River Vale, New Jersey, an upscale, safe, family-friendly suburb with highly rated public schools and easy access to Manhattan. Position Summary The President/CEO serves as the Administrative Agent of Spectrum for Living. This position provides leadership and overall management by administering a delivery system of comprehensive services/supports in accordance with the organization's mission and implementing policies and programs approved by the Board of Trustees (Board). This managerial position holds full authority and responsibility for all employees through an organized supervisory system. The CEO has the authority to exercise independent judgment, establish policies and procedures, and ensure all control systems are in place for the effective and efficient management of the organization. Compensation The projected compensation range for this position is $350,000 to $375,000 annually, commensurate with education and experience.     Eaton's Electrical North American Sales division is currently seeking a District Sales Director for Southern California which includes Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County and Hawaii. This position will be based within Southern California. Travel up to 25% is required. Relocation assistance will be provided. Reporting to the Vice President, Sales, West Region, the District Sales Director is responsible for directing all sales activities to achieving performance goals in accordance with marketing and sales plans. Collaborates with Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Integrations, Experience Design, Infrastructure, Data, Security, and SI partners to deliver scalable, high-quality digital capabilities that advance the modernization strategy. **Key Accountabilities:** + Lead end-to-end digital delivery across value streams, ensuring predictable execution, transparency, and alignment to business outcomes. + Oversee delivery of modern digital omni-channel experiences across portals, enrollment workflows, mobile-responsive interfaces, and servicing tools + Serve as an escalation point for delivery risks, dependencies, and issues, driving proactive mitigation and course correction. + Review and approve solution designs, XD flows, journey maps, wireframes, architecture diagrams, and integration patterns. + Serve as the technical authority for digital delivery, ensuring solutions meet expectations for performance, security, scalability, accessibility, and maintainability. + Champion modern engineering practices including micro frontends, reusable components, API-first patterns, cloud-native architectures, DevOps, CI/CD automation, and observability + Partner with Experience Design to embed user-centered, journey-aligned design and consistent use of enterprise design systems. + Adopt an AI- and automation-first approach, integrating chatbots, guided workflows, personalization engines, OCR, RPA, and AI-driven validation, and leveraging emerging technologies such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable intelligent and context-aware digital experiences. + Provide strong oversight of SI partners, holding them accountable for quality, reusable asset development, standards compliance, and delivery timelines. **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. + 12+ years of leadership experience in digital delivery, engineering, or enterprise transformation. + Experience delivering in value-stream-aligned or scaled agile environments. + Demonstrated success managing and holding SI partners accountable for design, delivery, and quality. + Strong understanding of modern digital platforms, cloud-native engineering, and automation/AI capabilities. + Strong delivery leadership combined with deep expertise in modern digital engineering, Experience Design (XD), and AI-enabled platforms that power large-scale digital transformation. + Technically fluent in modern frameworks (i.e.. Directly responsible for direction, oversight, and reporting of key financial and operational metrics for IT and the broader Trustmark Company. Key liaison to various other functional areas, both within IT, and across the organization. **Key Accountabilities** + Manage total IT spend including EPMO projects and determining post project impact on IT costs + Act as key finance support to CIO, informing of expense trends, financial impact of IT initiatives, considerations of contract renewals and deviations in timing of projects + Design, build, and manage a robust portfolio of financial reports to support both financial and IT operational metrics via an automated and repeatable dashboard solutions. + Leverage recommended best practices for use of reports and metrics by all levels of IT ,as well as the business units and functions. + Deliver monthly and annual reporting of resource and expense level actual and forecasted budgetary performance, with analysis of current spend, projected spend and consolidation of budget detail + Prepare and analyze month-end and variance reports. Ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis of financial data. + Research, analyze and document moderate to complex financial analysis in support of IT projects and initiatives. + Serve as primary liaison between IT and Finance to ensure financial accounting needs are met. Act as a focal point for interpretation of accounting policies and procedures. + Ensure appropriate accounting of IT expenditure in partnership with EPMO and other involved departments or functions and ensure accuracy of project-level and financial accounting. + Provide accounting expertise to IT when special projects arise. Present accounting information to IT Leadership team. + Preparing CBAs for IT investment proposals + Developing logical chargeback strategy to include billing and cost allocations of Enterprise Technology Services. + Partner with the IT leadership team and various business divisions to analyze service components, gather cost details, and develop service pricing structure. + Create and maintain formal documentation of key IT Financial Management processes + Other duties as needed/assigned. **Minimum Requirements** + 4 Year college degree required with concentration in Finance, Accounting, or related field. + +10 years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting + 2-5 years of experience supporting finance in IT function. + Strong verbal & written communication skills with ability to create clear, concise executive quality presentations. + Strong problem-solving skills, analytical orientation, and an ability to structure an issue and analyze alternative solutions. + Demonstrated skills in fact-based analysis, presentations, and highly collaborative interpersonal interactions. **Preferred:** + MBA and or CPA. + Skilled at data mining & producing business intelligence type reporting for management information. + Strong technical skills in Tableau, Longview, Excel & Access.
