Responsibilities:

Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards

Summary: The Campground Host position is frequently filled by two people but may be an individual role in certain locations. The Role:
* Serve as Guest Experience Host at Allegacy Field / LJVM Coliseum with a focus on selling premium seating and VIP experience options on the night of an event.
* Provide excellent service and hospitality to our guests.
* Maintain constant communication with staff and guests to ensure that they receive highly personalized service.
Responsibilities:
* Upsell available premium inventory to event attendees.
* Manage inventory and contribute to a nightly sales goal.
* Provide general venue information to all concert attendees regarding the event, such as start times, venue amenities, wayfinding assistance, etc.
* Recognize VIP clients to instill appreciation for their membership and patronage.
* Recognize Wake Forest University donors, ASM Global executives, and key artist/event personnel (i.e. tour manager)
* Coordinate operations on night of shows and games with management, catering staff, servers and security.
* Build relationships with customers in an effort to anticipate their needs.
* Provide oversight throughout the event of VIP areas to ensure guests are receiving highly personalized service at all times.
* Communicate effectively with the current audience to instill comfort in all guests.
* Maintain professional grooming standards.
