Pay Rates

* £12.21/£13.85 per hour - Monday to Friday (Dependent on location)

Care Assistant: Role & Responsibilities
* Our Care Professionals are the extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting them to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, you'll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and supporting them with their medication. You'll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
* Helping our clients overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use of, and care of aids/adaptations and personal equipment.
* Assisting with domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry, and emptying commodes.
* Our Care Professionals help our clients with personal care such as washing, bathing and toileting arrangements.
* Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks, and drinks, assisting with feeding if required.
* Assisting clients with preparing and administering medication.

Qualifications
What you'll need (besides a cape and superpowers!)
We don't require experience as full training is provided but we are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who want to make a difference to the lives of the people we support, skills needed include:
Customer service skills, a willingness to learn, understanding of the needs of others, patience and most importantly you must want to assist the people we support by enabling them to live as independently as possible.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.

The Role:
The Client Care Associate is an integral part of Piermont Bank's client care team. It focuses on supporting clients from onboarding through their journey with Piermont and ensuring good experience and services at all times.
Responsibilities:
Provide each new client an excellent account opening and onboarding experience.
Apply client, product, and process knowledge to answer questions and discern/relay onboarding requirements, steps, expected timeframes and status for diverse set of requests to clients and internal partners.
Process transactional activities including wires, online banking, remote deposit checks, ACH, and some limited teller transactions.
Work with internal teams to resolve any client issues and service accounts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3+ years of related banking experience, teller, new accounts representative, universal banker or equivalent.
Knowledge about banking products and services, comprehensive understanding of regulatory and compliance related to daily job functions.
Strong technical skills and experience with depository related programs such as account opening, teller system etc.
Excellent customer communication and relation skills.
Ability to problem solve and work in a fast passed and evolving environment.
The hiring range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, dental, vision, 401k, and other benefits.

Weekly verification that residents who are approved to administer their own medication are doing so and, where applicable, are completing the medication administration record sheet.
Assistance with the review of medication books for errors.
Complete medication error forms and obtaining the appropriate staff signatures before forwarding to supervisor. This includes notification of the physician
Responsibility for medication reorders, including PRN medication.
Weekly review of medication sheets and verification of residents' capability to administer their own medications.
Basic Knowledge of caregiving practices (training provided) Perform activities on schedule while maintaining regular attendance and punctuality within specified tolerance

POSITION
**Providing IN HOME Services for an Adult with Developmental Disabilities** Support, Inc. is looking for an EXPERIENCED Host Home Provider to contract with our company! If you live in Lakewood, Colorado, and your home is wheelchair accessible, you now have the opportunity to open your OWN home to provide for someone with developmental disabilities. You will be contracting with our company (Support Inc.) and will be able to help someone's quality of life. SPECIFIC CLIENT INFORMATION/NEED:
Client needs a fully wheelchair accessible home, for an electric wheelchair, preferably with a walk-in/roll-in shower - or a bathroom that's large enough for lift access.
Client will require assistance with transfers, bathing, toileting, and meal preparation.
Client will have a window of unsupervised time at home during the day, and works one day a week at a location in Lakewood.
Client has a strong desire to maintain independence and to stay connected with family who would offer occasional weekend respite stays.
