We are recruiting for Electrician and Maintenance Mechanics at Picsweet's Clarksville, AR facility. Electrician and Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for providing maintenance support to ensure the safe and effective operation of ammonia refrigeration systems, compressed air, processing equipment and steam systems. These are safety sensitive positions. Proactive maintenance and refrigeration repairs, mechanical and/or electrical repairs and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and processing equipment. Must be able to safely apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment and the ability to effectively interact with all plant personnel to accomplish plant and individual goals. Assist with maintenance shop cleanliness, general cleanup, mobile equipment operations, maintenance to building and grounds, standards plumbing, etc. Functional knowledge of Lock-Out/Tag Out. Maintain facility equipment to minimize operational downtime. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Industrial maintenance; 1+ years experience Basic understanding of industrial ammonia refrigeration systems; 1+ years of experience or equivalent strongly preferred Industrial electrician; 5+ years experience Associate's Degree or 2-year Trade School Diploma in Electrical Maintenance, Electronics, or related field. Computer skills - basic computer skills will be necessary to log information, to process daily work orders and to complete required documentation. Effective oral and written communication skills. Bilingual skills helpful but not required. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence, motivate, and lead within a team environment. Ability to conform to scheduling requirements, possibility of working rotating shifts and be on-call. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Must be able to maintain a high level of alertness and concentration while performing safety-sensitive task. Ability constant in outdoor weather conditions, non-climate-controlled areas, and/or a 38-degree environment. Must be able to endure prolonged periods of standing, bending, pulling, walking on hard surfaces, reaching, and lifting. Requires repetitive motion with arms and hands. Plant Electrician - Stuttgart Rice Division Starting Hourly Pay Range: $22.00 - $35.00 Must have valid drivers license Regular work schedule is M-F 7a-3p with some extended daily hours and weekend work possible.
