Midwest OEM Lubricants Sales
My client is seeking a Sales Representative to sell OEM lubricants across the Midwest, from Cincinnati, Ohio, down to Birmingham, Alabama.
Sales of lubricant products to new and existing OEM customers directly or through distribution.
Service customers and run product trials as needed.
Could you involve the lab in selecting the correct product and let us know which specifications can be met through formulation modifications?
A Hunter is needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideally, resides in the territory.
5 years of experience in Metalworking fluids, forming lubricants, lapping compounds, industrial cleaners, rust preventives, and low-VOC, water-based corrosion-resistant industrial and automotive coatings.
The ideal candidate would already have 5 years of sales/technical experience in at least some of these areas.

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Senior Consultant to join our Sales transformation practice within EY Studio+. Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant, you will participate in the design and implementation phases of client projects. Daily, you will support or lead analyses and work product development on a client‑facing team. Skills and attributes for success
Demonstrated experience working in teams that require collaboration across business or technology functions engaged in the lead‑to‑cash process (e.g., marketing, sales, pricing, order management, finance)
Knowledge of B2C and B2B sales environments including common roles within a sales organization, core components of a sales process, tools utilized by a sales organization, and KPIs typically measured
Knowledge of sales leading practices, processes and technologies to help drive customer‑centric solutions for helping clients reinvent their future state sales strategy.
Understanding sales solutions (CRM, CPQ, CLM) and working with clients to assess their current digital technology maturity, identify gaps and shape a comprehensive end‑to‑end sales technology roadmap.
Understanding of delivering end‑to‑end technology programs from inception to go‑live and ability to bring lessons learned to accelerate our ability to successfully deliver engagements.

Minimum Requirements and Skills Required
Industry Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, with a preference for candidates who understand construction dynamics.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and minor website management skills.

Role Overview:
As an L&D Sales Enablement Consultant, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programmes that empower our sales teams to perform at their best. Core Responsibilities
Onboarding & Induction:
Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programmes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the business and rapid ramp-up to productivity.
Create learning pathways that cover company culture, systems, processes, and foundational sales skills.
Sales Enablement:
Partner with Sales Leadership to identify capability gaps and design targeted enablement solutions.
Build and maintain resources (playbooks, toolkits, e-learning modules) that support consultants throughout the sales cycle.
Implement best practices for prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, and closing.
Advanced Sales Training:
Deliver expert-level training for experienced consultants, focusing on consultative selling, strategic account management, and market positioning.
Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to enhance performance and drive revenue growth.
Performance Measurement:
Track and analyse the effectiveness of learning programmes using KPIs and feedback loops.
Continuously refine content based on data insights and evolving business needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales Leaders, Talent Acquisition, and HR to ensure alignment between learning initiatives and business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor on learning strategy and sales capability development.
Skills & Experience:
Experience in recruiting, L&D, Sales Enablement, or Sales Training within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and recruitment industry (or similar consultative sales models).
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
Ability to design blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual, e-learning).
