Element has an opportunity for a Global Market Access Project Manager in our Connected Technology business unit. In this role your primary responsibility will be managing projects, processes, and activities related to the Global Market Access (GMA) services for Element Clients. The role also requires keeping abreast of changes to the international regulatory requirements and provide information, guidance, and assistance to clients seeking to have their products approved in various countries according to local requirements and standards.

Responsibilities
Candidate will manage projects in the Global Market Access department
Maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of international standards and regulations that apply to products in the consumer and telecommunications markets
Coordinate non-conformities problems with manufacturer's design team and test laboratories
Provide technical assessments of standard changes on the services provided by Element
Interface with customers to provide expertise, technical knowledge, and proper explanation of certification requirements
Support revenue growth and increased profitability of GMA international certification services
Support the development and establishment of MRA/MRU agreements between international regulatory authorities and Element
Support the development and implementation of international certification customer workflow and project management tools
Provide regular progress reports for the projects managed
Provision of financial data relating to jobs under their control including accurate forecast of work to be completed
Apply current and comprehensive knowledge of international standards that apply to consumer and telecommunications products
Apply knowledge of experience with international approvals for US companies that export products and comply to international standards
Any other duties commensurate with the role of Project Manager
Skills / Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in STEM or commensurate with experience
5+ years of experience
Experience in obtaining and/or managing global certification for EMC, Wireless, Product Safety for Electrical and Wireless Products
Strong understanding of certification requirement for wireless technologies like WiFi, BT, RFID, ZigBee, etc.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer quotes/contracts, marketing materials, and customer testing specifications
Proven ability to solve practical customer problems and interpret a variety of instructions, data and details furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
