This is a part-time weekend position, working Saturdays and Sundays.
As our part-time Direct Support Professional, you will help individuals with personal care tasks, meal preparation, household chores, administer medications, document progress toward goals, and provide transportation while encouraging independence. You might plan a recreational outing or leisure activities-all while collaborating with the Management Team to ensure personalized support plans are followed.

18+ years old

As an Independent Living Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll start at, $21.00, with a 15% shift differential. We also offer a $500 sign-on bonus--$250 at the time of hire and $250 after your first six months. All hours worked between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday earn a shift differential of 15% of your hourly rate! At $21.00, your shift differential would be $3.15 per hour, for a total hourly rate of $24.15!
