Job Summary:
The SiteSupervisor is responsible for supervision of employees for a particular field office for contract assigned. The SiteSupervisor is a strategic position that assists in oversight of all aspects of administrative, technical, operational, contractual, and financial components of the program. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring established workflows, policies, procedures and protocols, and fiscal accountability are performed in their office.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Enforce program changes as specified by the Field Operations Manager/Program Manager and disseminate guidance to personnel.
Ensure ongoing program-wide compliance with contract and company policies, procedures, and guidance, with applicable laws and regulations.
Implements, monitors, and ensures the effectiveness of the company's quality control plan and training programs. Escalates concerns and suggests improvement to the Site Manager.
Conducts random in-person spot checks during transportation events to ensure contract compliance.
Conduct operational inspections of program activities, office, vehicles, equipment, etc.
Monitors camera surveillance for Site Offices and vans to ensure contract compliance.
Provides coaching, mentoring and corrective action; escalates when needed to the Site Manager.
Provides input on future staffing needs with the Site Manager and the Field Operations Manager/Program Manager.
Identifies inappropriate employee behavior and or performance issues in collaboration with Site Managers and address through corrective and or disciplinary action.
Manages and communicates with on-site teams that consist of Office Administrators, Logistics Specialists and Transportation Specialists.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as providing required reports to Executive Management on a timely basis, while managing, verifying and updating information in the company database system.
Ensures that the program is in compliance with quality control standards, training and contractual requirements, but also meets other or exceeds other standards as necessary.
Ensures compliance with the company's policies and procedures and ensures changes are communicated to the team as necessary.
Oversees Logistics staff schedules, dispatches of vehicles and drivers, monitors speeding levels and provides the appropriate support.
Supervises the corporate vehicle maintenance and program; ensures vehicles are cleaned, fueled and ready for trips.
Reviews employee training status and certifications, if applicable, to stay current and meet all contractual requirements on a monthly or as needed basis.
Assists Site Manager in conducting orientation and on-the-job training for Office Administrators and Logistics Specialists with regular check-ins to ensure all direct reports are onboarded correctly.
Assists in ensuring the proper utilization of all staff to include limiting overtime hours for all staff.
Monitors Power BI (Work Orders, Time-In Transit, TS Hours Worked/OT, TSs Not Worked, etc.) and the effectiveness of IT systems and brings any changes and improvements to the IT Steering Committee for implementation.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
Possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university (an associate degree with two or more years of extra relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree, or more than four years of related experience may be substituted for a degree) and,
Have at least two years or more of documented experience in a field related to law, social work, detention, corrections, or similar occupational area; and (a minimum of four years of experience is required when an associate degree with two or more years of relevant experience is substituted for a bachelor's degree or 6 years of experience in a related field when four years of experience is substituted for a degree) and,
Demonstrate experience applicable to the goals and objectives of this requirement and appropriate for a similar program environment. Must be accessible by mobile phone 24/7/365.
1 year of experience supervising employees in a similar program environment or has completed the MVM Site Temp Lead Program.
Valid driver's License, clean driving record.
The work schedule may fluctuate according to work demands including evenings and weekends, periodic long and irregular working hours. Travel required frequently between offices, within the service area, to audit trips, and to attend meetings and conferences as required to fulfill the obligations and responsibilities of the position

**Position Overview**
The **UAM Reliability Services Foreperson** is responsible for ensuring that projects meet metrics related to safety, quality, production, and compliance. This position involves leading a team of crew members and serving as a subject matter expert in the field. Key responsibilities include allocating and managing resources to meet project deadlines, performing daily physical tasks, and frequent travel. This position supports the inspection, restoration, and enhancement of utility infrastructure. This position is a leadership role, working in a field environment.
**Job Duties**
+ Serve as a **working foreman** , actively participating in daily field tasks alongside crew members.
+ Lead by example in completing utility pole inspections, restoration work, and field operations.
+ Ensure team performance meets safety, quality, production, and compliance standards.
+ Supervise and support daily utility pole inspection and restoration tasks.
+ Oversee team scheduling and attendance.
+ Communicate daily progress major issues to the Project Manager.
+ Provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
+ Lead safety and collaborate with the Safety Team on investigations and documentation.
+ Conduct daily safety and quality control inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and client standards.
+ Assist in hiring and ongoing training of new employees.
+ Operate company vehicles and ensure proper care and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
+ Utilize technology (e.g., GPS, iPads, GIS software) for field documentation and data collection.
+ Perform field tasks including utility pole inspections, excavation, backfilling, preservative application, and steel truss installation.
+ Use handheld and pneumatic tools as needed for restoration work.
+ Interact professionally with landowners and represent the company in public settings.
+ Maintain jobsite cleanliness and ensure safe, efficient work practices.
+ Remain current with new technology and apply it to field operations.
+ Travel extensively (75-100%) based on project requirements.
+ React appropriately in emergencies and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and work with limited direct supervision.
+ Lead, motivate, influence, and direct team members; demonstrates a growth mindset focused on continuous improvement and learning.

+ Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in inspection and restoration processes.
+ Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a field setting.
+ Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Report; must pass the Davey Driver's Safety Course.
+ Ability to obtain a pesticide license where state regulations require it.
+ Comfortable using technology in the field, including iPads, cameras, GIS software, and navigation tools.
+ Effective communicator in both one-on-one and group settings.
+ Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and operate safely.
+ Proficient in English.
+ Experience using Google Workspace tools.

Skills/Abilities: Ability to supervise the work of subordinates; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, employees and the public; ability to do simple mathematical calculations, to operate hand tools, and pickup truck.
Physical Requirements: Constantly observes; frequently climbs, sorts, sits, walks, cleans, writes by hand, uses a calculator, twist body, stands, drive and files; infrequently crawls, squats, stoops, carries, drags, holds, lifts, pulls and pushes objects weighing up to 50 lbs. This position requires 100% on-site work. Must possess a valid CDL with a good driving record. Other state valid Driver's License equivalent to Texas CDL with a good driving record will be considered. Texas state law requires within 30 days of residency, you must possess a valid Texas driver's license. Position Overview:
The Wastewater Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of field wastewater surveillance activities. This includes supervising Field Technicians who collect and transport wastewater samples to laboratories for testing various pathogens. The Supervisor ensures timely coordination, adherence to protocols, and quality control in all field operations.
The Wastewater Field Supervisor supports broader public health initiatives by interpreting data from these programs to inform mitigation strategies and interventions, while also leading strategic partner outreach and information-sharing efforts.

* Supervises field technicians and oversees wastewater surveillance activities to ensure proper sample collection, protocol adherence, and quality assurance. A DAY IN THE LIFE
IDEAL CANDIDATES will have an intimate understanding of oil and gas field operations (experience working in an O&G facility would be a definite asset) and have experience in performing hydrocarbon fugitive emission and /or leak detection projects. Our US offices are located in Denver, CO, Houston, TX and Pittsburgh, PA; however, this opportunity is a 100% field position and will require extensive travel throughout the USA. This position will focus on our clients in the USA (EPA Subpart VV, VVa, KKK, OOOO, OOOOa, and W compliance) but may also require occasional travel to work on projects in Canada or other international locations. The FE Technician will report to the FE Team Lead. The successful candidate will be required to take a number of safety training courses prior to initiating any field activities (CPR/1St Aid, H2S Alive, WHIMIS/TDG, Fall Protection etc.). Any candidates that already have valid training tickets will be given preference. This position includes a comprehensive safety and technical training program (both field and office based). This position offers a unique opportunity to join a successful Environmental Engineering firm and work with a industry leading technologies used to detect and measure methane gas emissions.
As a key member of the Fugitive Emission (FE) team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:

The Environmental Field Supervisor is responsible for supporting environmental services during an emergency response and on non-ER projects. They will work closely with project managers and project technical directors to support environmental data, documentation, and advisory needs during a project. ACTIVITIES/TASKS/SCOPE
Performs as a field lead on environmental response and projects with oversight from project managers and project technical directors
Assumes key environmental field roles during responses and projects, coordinating closely with project managers and project technical directors.
Leads field personnel on environmental projects, ensuring the team is trained, calibrated, and that data and documentation is of high quality,
Assists with the preparation of written work plans and other environmental unit/project deliverables; and ensures they are followed in the field.
Coordinates with project managers, project technical directors, data managers, and quality managers to ensure data deliverables are timely and of high quality.
Assists in the implementation of CTEH's environmental training program.
Supports internal preparedness, including the delivery of environmental training, environmental equipment maintenance, and development of documents and templates.
Serves in “On-Call” role to maintain response readiness of the team, as well as responding on the initial response with the “on call” team for high profile, complex incidents or as deemed needed by CTEH ER Leadership.
Supports all levels of the Emergency Response Division to include but not limited to, TERP, Environmental, and Response Management Programs to ensure all levels of Emergency Responses and projects are staffed, trained and response ready.
Maintain compliance with the company's environmental, health, and safety policies and all applicable client, state, federal, and local environmental rules, policies, and regulations.
