Perform experienced level of on-site technical and administrative duties within the manufacturing environment of Quaker Houghtons customers. Generally works under limited supervision and with independent judgment and discretion. Job Accountabilities: * Participate in addition of chemicals; including coolants, greases, oils, lubricants, cleaners and biocides as directed by site staff. Perform and interpret bio-stick dip tests of all machine sumps and central systems, with limited guidance. * Inspect, monitor and maintain coolant filters, washers, paint systems, air handling systems, etc. for sump changes and cleaning, as required to keep fluids within proper limits under limited direction of Site Manager or Program Manager. * Make addition of chemicals; including coolants, greases, oils, lubricants, cleaners and biocides to fluid systems. * Report and interpret all results and usage on a daily basis, via report generation; initiates corrective action. * Properly maintains tools and utility equipment such as pumps, sump suckers, coolant dispensers, etc. in a safe and efficient manner. * Inspect and perform routine maintenance on all above equipment and fluid systems including product additions, filter changes, emptying gons, sump cleaning, etc. with limited guidance from site staff. * Assist in disposal of contaminated articles (i.e. pails, gloves, samples, etc.) in accordance with prescribed measures, including waste management and recycling initiatives. * Maintain and calibrate all laboratory equipment; such as scales, pH meters, glassware, incubators, etc. in accordance with site control plan. * Has responsibility for general cleaning of oil storage rooms, laboratory, equipment and areas of the production floor (i.e. chipping, mopping, sweeping, emptying trash, etc.). * Support site staff general organization initiatives (inventory, storage rooms, labeling, etc.) Expected to work independently. * May work in manufacturing environment with union associates. * Interact with customers production and technical personnel and other suppliers * May be required to operate hand tools, shop tools and equipment. Located at Core Lab (Moraine, OH) Full-Time Night Shift (11:30 PM - 8:00 AM) With Weekend & Holiday Rotation The Med Tech (MT) performs standardized clinical laboratory testing in one or more sections of the laboratory. The MT follows clearly defined, established and approved protocols with minimal technical supervision. The technologist performs designated technical procedures, instrument maintenance and troubleshooting, and quality control procedures. The MT recognizes and resolves procedural and/or instrumental problems. The technologist works independently, accurately records all data as necessary and reports results within the Laboratory Information System (LIS) in a timely manner to aid in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Responsibilities: Performs and records daily and/or routine maintenance, calibrations and quality control on all equipment or reagents used for testing. Job Summary The Dispensary Technician is responsible for providing our patients with an extraordinary experience. Duties and Responsibilities Provides knowledge, expertise, guidance, and a personalized experience to each patient by explaining potential benefits of the Premium Cannabis products offered. Ensures patient questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely. Communicates any requests or unresolved concerns to management immediately Oversees patient intake process, ensuring that appropriate patient records and paperwork are submitted, and confidential information is maintained appropriately. Accountable for accurately receiving, coordinating, and fulfilling patient orders by utilizing the Point of Sale (POS) and inventory tracking systems in compliance with AYR Wellness, local and state policies. Adapts to varied sales volume and stays active by initiating continued learning activities, creating an engaging environment, and assisting in keeping the dispensary properly stocked, clean, tidy and in operating order while keeping a “Patient first” acuity Follows compliance practices and prevents the diversion of medical cannabis to anyone other than authorized patients. Assists in processing and monitoring floor stock and participates in daily inventory counts. Assists in fostering a positive work environment, treats everyone with dignity and respect, while perpetuating a curiosity for “everything cannabis”. Performs opening and closing procedures. Above all else, act as the critical link between AYR Wellness and our patients by providing an amazing, stress-free and helpful patient experience. Take pride in the appearance of the store by ensuring all areas, including restrooms, are consistently clean, safe, and guest-ready Qualifications Must possess basic math, computer, and cash handling skills. Ability to coordinate and problem solve in a professional manner. Must be 21 years of age or older. Able to pass all background checks Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Must be able to communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and team members. Experience with cash handling and POS/inventory control systems. Prior experience working in a high-volume environment. Able to escort and assist patients with disabilities in navigating the dispensary, consultation couches, registers, entrances and exits. Physical requirements The person in this position frequently communicates with patients and/or caregivers regarding medical conditions and symptoms. Must be able to exchange accurate information about product offerings. Frequently operates computer/POS system and other standard office equipment such as printers, phones, and photocopy machine. The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position when checking in patients or when operating the register. The person in this position must be able to observe and assess patient entry via cameras and inspect patient IDs upon entry. Frequently communicates with other staff via Walkie Talkie or Headset. Constantly positions self throughout sales transaction by maintaining the computer/POS, collecting product and retail bags. Constantly moves and transports dispensary products/totes up to 30 lbs. throughout the dispensary.
