5. Conducts room checks on resident rounds, monitors for environmental safety hazards, records incidents, errors or accidents and records resident and resident related events.
5. Assists in a variety of tasks related to dining (escorting residents, set-up and clean-up, serving meals)
6. Responsible for participating in and supporting the resident centered activity program. Completes required written documentation concerning resident care and activities during shift
7. Is a resident advocate at all times
8. Follows agency policies concerning confidentiality
9. Uses tactful, diplomatic communication in potentially sensitive or emotionally charged situations and follows up with appropriate staff, resident or others regarding reported
complaints, problems and concerns.

Serve as a member of the College Administrative Leadership Team. Provide leadership in the development, planning, analysis, and administration of Undergraduate Programs. Represent the Dean at meetings related to undergraduate programs and activities of the College.
Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist and advise the Dean, College of Nursing, on all matters relating to the College's undergraduate programs.
Lead the long-range planning of teaching activities at the undergraduate level, student recruitment, course scheduling and curriculum planning and implementation.
Provide guidance for all undergraduate programs and collaborate closely with the Assistant Dean.
Serve as a liaison with the University regarding undergraduate programs.
Assist faculty advisors by providing interpretation of University and College rules and regulations.
Work closely with the Admissions Office and the Enrollment Services Office.
Promote the College's undergraduate programs.
Perform other general administrative responsibilities on behalf of the Dean, including accreditation activities.
Engage in teaching and research as appropriate.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform other duties as required.
LICENSES, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT:
