Role Responsibilities:

Plan and carry out customer follow up activities: mailings, filter testing, report write-ups and customer assistance.
Identify accounts of non-Donaldson equipment for additional Aftermarket sales.
Minimum Qualifications:
1+ year of sales or customer service experience
High School diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Prior experience in Food and Beverage or Process filtration arena

Familiarity with Office Suite

Annual Salary Range: $49,500 - $74,400. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance. Based on work location, geographic adjustment is included.

Job Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming sales calls
Contacting internet leads received from our website and third party sites
Determining each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening

Entering all prospect communications, notes, records, and customer appointment data into the Customer Relationship Management Tool
Preparing reports to show appointments scheduled, customer appointments kept, and customer sales based on leads received
Learning and following call and email scripts
Developing superior product knowledge on all new vehicle models through product training
Follow up with customers via phone, email and text
