The primary role of the AccountExecutive is responsibility for placement and client management on an assigned book of business, as well as guiding the Service team. Your Impact:
Responsible for overall Service, Placement and Business Development management on an assigned book of business
Accountable for business development and retention for any assigned book of house accounts
Responsible for renewal strategy including markets to approach, claims reviews, gap analysis, coverage specifications as well as facilitating and analyzing the exposure information
Marketing, negotiation, writing exec summary and reviewing of proposal, facilitating for binding new business and renewal coverage following the direction of the client
Debrief of proposal presentation sent to the clients
Day to Day Client Service:
Review of client contracts as necessary
Review and communicate with carrier on any Material change to the coverage program
Understanding and communication of the client's service expectations
Escalation point person for the client or any RSC teams in the event of issues
New Business
Cross selling and account rounding on assigned book of house business
Assist Producers on prospective opportunities
Participation in written and oral RFP presentations
Carrier & Wholesaler Relationships
Align RSC with our partner carriers and intermediaries so that renewals are placed with ideal markets
Implementation of the “Fewer & Stronger” market consolidation initiative. Leveraging the RSC buying power and ensuring the best terms and conditions for the clients
Successful Candidates Will Have:
Hold Insurance licenses as required by the Company
7+ Years of experience in a Property & Casualty brokerage environment
Deep technical knowledge of Property & Casualty business
Deep technical knowledge of loss sensitive, alternative risk transfer, & self-insured retentions programs

$84,200 - $125,000 Annual

Your Impact:
Partner with Producers to manage assigned client relationships, including client meetings, cross-selling efforts, and renewal strategy
Act as the primary client contact, providing proactive communication at least quarterly and building relationships with key decision-makers
Collaborate with Account Assistants to address service needs and resolve carrier or client issues
Lead the renewal process by coordinating marketing strategy, gathering underwriting materials, and managing timelines 90-120 days prior to renewal
Prepare and deliver renewal and new business proposals at least 21 days before renewal, including client presentations
Work with Marketing to identify appropriate markets and secure competitive coverage and pricing
Complete annual Insurance Coverage Reviews (ICRs) for accounts with $25,000+ in revenue
Develop and manage client service plans, including stewardship reporting and risk assessments where applicable
Ensure delivery of all client lifecycle deliverables while consistently meeting or exceeding service expectations
Successful Candidates Will Have:
Active Insurance Broker license in applicable line of business
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar commercial insurance role
Strong written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and agency management systems (AMS360, AMFRS)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline (preferred)

The Senior AccountExecutive will fulfill an integral role in developing cohesive relationships with client groups by designing cost-effective benefits programs, streamlining enrollment initiatives, and serving as a strategic advisor to the portfolio companies in which we serve. The ideal candidate will be an interpersonal and proactive problem solver with demonstrated success in servicing a book of Employee Benefits accounts within a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Proactively manage a full book of business while providing M&A/Due Diligence support
Building and maintaining constructive relationships with clients by exceeding expectations and service delivery
Maintaining clear communication with internal colleagues, clients, and insurance carriers/vendors
Develop marketing strategies to obtain competitive pricing, funding, and plan design opportunities
Marketing coverage (RFP process) and requesting health and welfare plan renewals
Preparing annual Open Enrollment communications for each client's employee population
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum 10 + years' experience within the employee benefits industry
M&A/Due Diligence experience preferred, but not required
Valid State Life, Accident and Health brokers' license
Knowledge of financial underwriting, self-insurance (Medical/Rx), and alternative funding programs (captives, RBP, etc.) programs
Experience in growing new revenue with current clients as well as contributing to new client acquisition where applicable

· Develops knowledge of a client's business and industry and their specific risk profile though their business model, asset portfolio, product and cash flow, loss history, etc. Identifies the client's exposure to loss and the means to address them; predominately through insurance risk transfer. Identifies tolerance to risk retention and service needs and protocols.
· Collaborates in the development of a marketing plan to include creation of insurance specifications, time lines and complete market selections.
· Negotiates with underwriters on behalf of our clients to develop the best program.
· Creates insurance proposal to compare competitive insurance program options and recommend the best program for our clients.
· Links risk identification, risk funding and service techniques to develop alternative program design strategies.
· Monitors the risk transfer process: binder issuance, policy issuance reviews, service delivery, etc., for accuracy and timeliness.
· Accurately completes the Renewal Information Request.
· Develops and maintains relationships with underwriters and other service providers. Keeps abreast of changing market conditions and innovations.
· Develops and maintains client service plans, manages mid-term changes and assists in Stewardship reviews.
· Promptly and accurately responds to client requests. If responsibilities are delegated, follows through to ensure client received timely response.
· Participates in identifying new business opportunities.
· Attends Continuing Education classes.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent work experience
· 8+ years related P&C experience
· Licensed as a Producer of Property & Casualty in the state of WI
· Able to demonstrate an expert level of knowledge with all assigned products, insurance coverages, services, policies, pricing, placement of coverage, regulations and benefits of each.
· Expertise in the insurance industry with a demonstrated ability to explain our capabilities relative to our competitors.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Strong time management skills and the ability to evaluate and prioritize multiple projects/tasks to maximize the number of internal and external clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service.
· Demonstrates a sense of urgency.
· Works in a collaborative, team-oriented manner, fostering empowerment and ownership for service quality.
· Develops and maintains a working knowledge of systems.
· Understands client profitability through an understanding of income, expenses and time utilized related to specific client needs.
· This position may require routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle. The Mid-Market Account Manager is responsible for managing an assigned book of business while developing long-term relationships with clients. This position will also be responsible to respond to the day-to-day client inquiries and any needed client analytics. The Account Manager will interface with vendors and key clients internally and externally, create client deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met. The Account Manager performs these essential functions of the position while meeting RSC quality and service standards. The Account Manager is responsible for revenue growth - client expansion - on their personal book of business.
The qualified candidate must have strong knowledge across the spectrum of employer-sponsored health & welfare related plans, including federal and state regulations that impact these plans.
Your Impact:
Subject matter expert on Health & Welfare Benefits, vendor/carrier products and services including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary
Manage a personal book of business of approximately $500,000+

Prepare for and facilitate client meetings (prepare agendas and materials, coordinate resources, etc.)
Understand, articulate and implement RS value-added resources
Accountability for updating client information, in timely manner, within appropriate software (e.g., BenefitPoint, AMS, etc.)
Provide peer review for others on team
Successful Candidates Will Have:
BA/BS preferred
2 - 5+ years of health & welfare experience, meets majority of core practice competency-based skills
Client-facing experience in the employee benefit industry a plus
Knowledge of benefits administration, HealthCare Reform, industry trends, carrier products and services
Ability to work independently and learning to anticipate client and team needs
