Role
The Fiber Splicer position will splice & test fiberoptic cables in aerial, underground, and indoor physical field environments. The position will need to have attention to detail regarding setting up splice locations, termination points, splice quality, work environment safety and general fiberoptic construction. This position will be subject to on-call and shift duties. Weekends and holiday work will also be required.
Responsibilities
* Splicing on new construction and restoration for a variety of cable types (Loose Tube, Ribbon, Micro, OPGW, etc). Active splicing activity in cables with both dark fiber and lit services.
* Conduct and validate all testing of network equipment to ensure adherence to all Crown Castle Fiber procedures and equipment manufacturer's specifications.
* Work with the Network Operations Center for final acceptance and testing of all newly installed equipment and rings. Tests to include validation of all provisioning, all alarm monitoring to the NMS (Network Management System), network switch protection, etc.
* Work with FiberOptic, SONET, Ethernet and SDH related test equipment including OTDR, PMD, Optical Spectrum Analyzer, BER Test Sets, Sniffers.
* Perform site survey of remote locations to ensure quality installation of all racks, equipment power plants, fiber cable, etc. Report any and all defects to the Operations Manager and /or OSP Project Engineer.
* Label and tag all equipment and cabling according to Network Engineering Diagrams.
* Perform advanced analysis and troubleshooting of problems / issues while assisting the NOC/customer.
* Participate in on-call rotation schedule for nights and weekends.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned.
* Perform both hardware and software updates and/or changes to remote site equipment as necessary.
* Complete and maintain hard copy and/or electronic records of work completed on various assignments. Including, but not limited to, splice diagrams, patch panels, and test results.
* Interface with customers and carriers in support of service delivery and assurance.
* Work independently for extended periods of time.
* Respond to Customer Troubles on 24-hour basis.
* Work closely with the NOC, Sales, Engineering, and customers.
Education/Certifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
* Valid Driver's license required
Experience/Minimum Requirements
* One (1)+ years of experience in the splicing, testing, installation, maintenance and repair of fiberoptic networks and/or Outside Plant fiber experience. Or minimum of two (2) years of field experience or military experience.
* Prefer prior work experience with base station equipment, NMS, equipment installation and maintenance, low-power broadcast equipment and experience in both the construction, installation and maintenance phases
* Prefer prior use of Volt/Ohm meter, RF power meter, frequency sweep equipment, spectrum analyzer, fault locating equipment and battery conductance meters
* Knowledge of Outside Plant Construction techniques (aerial & underground) preferred
* Working knowledge of NESC, NEC and OSHA standards preferred
* Experience splicing ribbon and loose tube cables.
* A Valid driver's license is a bona fide job requirement to drive and operate a Crown Castle vehicle in this position. Subject to local and state eligibility, a pre-employment background check with MVR will be conducted to evaluate a candidate's safety record and eligibility to drive for a job.

Compensation
The pay range offered for this position is $32.12-$44.13 per hour. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

3. Establish oral and written communications with VISA, merchants, processors, law enforcement, and members, as necessary. Report/escalate any potential issues.
4. Resolve member/branch issues and related service concerns and report/escalate any potential issues that may affect credit union assets or member satisfaction. This includes resolving Branch/Department/MSCC phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
5. Provide relevant information from uncovered fraud accounts to other business units and investigating authorities.
6. Collects, evaluates, and documents all evidence obtained during an investigation for recovery. Order retrievals and provide documentation required for charge backs as needed ensuring text is precise according to Visa rules.
7. Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance including bank secrecy and anti-money laundering laws appropriate to position.
8. Comply with all established internal audit, security and credit union rules, regulations and departmental procedures. Maintain knowledge with updated credit card regulations or procedures through emails, publications, online resources, and procedure changes.
9. Perform charge backs to assist in the recovery of fraudulent or disputed transactions based on appropriate fraud or dispute codes as outlined by VISA regulation. Maintain knowledge of Visa Dispute Resolution yearly revisions every April and October.
10. Process reimbursements to member accounts as appropriate with notification based on Regulation Z and E as required.
11. Update notes and information on all Claims systems; maintain call records and adjustment maintenance information.
12. Research member inquiries/complaints on claim.
13. Follow-up and respond to merchant rebuttals. Review and process the exception and acceptance queues.
14. Perform additional duties as necessary to maintain daily operations.

Summary/Objective
The Senior Loan Servicer is responsible for overseeing and executing complex loan servicing functions, including payment processing, account maintenance, payoff processing, and problem resolution. Essential Functions

Collaborate with Loan Processing to resolve booking discrepancies identified during the post-booking servicing process.
Act as backup to Loan Servicing leadership during absences and represent the team in cross-functional meetings as assigned.
Support internal and external audits and exams by gathering servicing documentation, reconciling balances, and preparing responses.
Monitor servicing reports and system alerts to proactively identify issues related to payment posting, maturities, or system misalignments.
Participate in servicing-related projects such as system upgrades, merger integrations, or servicing conversions.
Provide subject matter expertise in drafting or updating procedures, workflows, or job aids.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience: Two (2) years of related work experience in healthcare simulation preferred. Three (3) years of work experience in technology or operations-based role required.
License/Certification:
