Responsibilities: Work with children, adolescents, adults, and their families to conduct psychological and psychoeducational evaluations. Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of psychological test batteries, focusing on cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning. Provide clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations tailored to the individual's needs. Collaborate with psychometrists and psychometrist assistants, supervising test administration, scoring, and ensuring quality control. Deliver compassionate feedback through virtual sessions and create feedback videos to communicate findings and recommendations. Partner with the patient's care team (psychiatrists, therapists, care managers, and coaches) to integrate assessment findings into a cohesive care plan. Maintain a detail-oriented, process-focused approach to ensure the accuracy of testing data and comprehensive reporting. Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote assessments, including adapting testing strategies for virtual delivery. Deliver written, verbal, and video feedback effectively, ensuring clarity and compassion. Qualifications: Education: Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an APA-accredited program. Licensure: Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state; PSYPACT preferred. Experience: 3+ years of experience in psychological assessment with children, adolescents, or adults. Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs (e.g., ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma). Skills: Expertise in psychological and psychoeducational assessment tools (e.g., WISC, WAIS, BASC, MMPI, Conners). Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex findings clearly and compassionately. Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools. Preferred: Experience in a virtual environment. Pay $370 for each successfully Completed Neuropsychological Evaluation Report.
