The schedule/route starts and finishes every day in Willmar, MN. The work schedule is Monday through Friday (no nights or weekends!), working around 8 to 10-hour days, starting at around 5:00am.
Requirements of the position:
Loading and unloading of automotive parts and safely operating a parts delivery vehicle.
Delivering automotive parts to our customers on a schedule and in a timely manner.
Be personable, while building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers.
Willingness to call on, and establish, new customer accounts.
Ability to be detail-oriented with all paperwork.
Communicate with customers, our warehouse Team, and our other Team members to ensure of accurate and efficient deliveries.
Safe driving throughout each workday, ensuring all traffic laws are obeyed and no accidents occur.
Work well independently without direct supervision, remaining productive and to task throughout each working day.
Neat and professional appearance that represents our company well.
The ability to lift up to 100 pounds and be active throughout the workday (including standing, sitting, carrying, lifting, twisting, kneeling, squatting, and other work-related movements).
Candidates must be 21 years of age or older.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
DOT Health Card or the ability to obtain one.
This position is paid on a commission/incentive-based Pay Plan. The compensation is comprised of an annual Base Salary of $42k AND additional incentives for key metrics of Guest Service, miles driven, and pieces delivered. There is no limit or cap on the incentive amounts!

This position with the Duininck Construction team offers the opportunity to operate heavy equipment on a variety of earthwork and grading projects, contributing to safe operations, quality production, and successful project delivery.
The Role:
Safely operate a variety of heavy equipment to excavate, move, load, and grade earth, rock, gravel, and other materials.
Read grade stakes and work with grade checkers, lasers, or GPS systems to maintain proper grade.
Work closely with crew members using hand signals and communication to coordinate work and ensure safety.
Perform daily inspections, lubrication, fluid checks, and basic maintenance on equipment.
Notify the shop when maintenance or repairs are needed.
Keep equipment clean and prepare machinery for transport when required.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe jobsite.
Follow supervisor instructions and complete assignments accurately and efficiently.
Work Environment:
Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch, and sit for extended periods.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Regularly work extended or overtime hours depending on project needs.
Travel throughout Central & Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa, and the Eastern Dakotas.
What we Look For:
Strong understanding and ability to operate a variety of heavy equipment, including loaders, dozers, excavators, etc.
Individuals who work safely and have the courage to speak up when unsafe behavior or conditions arise.
Understanding of equipment operation, safety regulations, and PPE requirements.
Awareness of OSHA standards for construction environments.
Ability to coordinate with crew members and communicate clearly.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Willingness to travel and work long or irregular hours during the construction season.
