Position Overview:
Assemble boats by riveting aluminum Lund boat hulls. A variety of tasks are performed building the hulls of each boat using power and non-power hand tools working from specifications and schematic drawings.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Apply high energy, self-motivation, and initiative to learn and be trained on various types of equipment and processes.
Ability to use high-speed pneumatic power tools safely and effectively (drills, drivers, rivet guns, etc.), hand tools, and bulky steel rivet buckers and mallets.
Boat hulls are an aluminum riveted component parts product; employees must be able to effectively drill, rivet, and buck rivets in all positions (sitting, kneeling, and standing) while maintaining safe and effective control of high-speed pneumatic tools and steel rivet buckers.
Must be able to read drawings and specifications.
Complete required documentation of finished hulls and parts for production purposes
Daily job duties will be varied and dynamic.
Workload will be tracked via daily schedules and assignments requiring responsibility and accountability for quality and timeliness of completion.
Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively in a fast-paced, noisy environment while wearing all required PPE (including eye, hearing, hand, knee, foot, etc.).

Working Conditions:
Regularly required to work at heights on platforms, lifting parts and pieces up to 50lbs, traveling up and down stairs on a constant basis, sitting, squatting, and bending in various awkward positions for certain lengths of time - including working overhead, traveling in and out of work areas, walking and being on your feet for most of the workday. Exposed to noise, dust, fumes, and odors daily. Physical exertion is required.
The pay range for this position is $17.50-$20.00 per hour. The actual pay offered will vary depending multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business need, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for discretionary bonus or short-term incentive program.

What We Are Looking For
We're now hiring a Night Shift Chocolatier to oversee processes in the chocolate coating and drizzling of products. If you have a passion for manufacturing quality product, this position might be for you and you may have just stumbled upon the perfect role!
Essential Duties:
Understand the fundamentals of chocolate tempering
Follow and enforce all GMP's
Inspect line and equipment for cleanliness, maintenance and food safety
Setup equipment for production and operate equipment as required
Transport ingredients with a forklift as needed
Monitor line efficiencies, all chocolate temperatures and run parameters
Inspect and record all ingredients used
Ensure there is enough chocolate melted and flavored to avoid downtime during shift
Perform quality checks as required

Turn all required paperwork into production supervisor after ensuring it is complete and accurate

Proven experience as a Control Panel Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
Ability to use power tools and hand tools

Performs nursing techniques for the comfort and well-being of the patient; prepares equipment and assists provider during treatments and examination of patients
Takes temperature, pulse, respiratory rate, blood pressure, height and weight to detect deviations from normal, and gauges progress of patient following provider's order
Observes, reports and documents subjective/objective data to maintain an accurate and timely medical record
Observes emotional stability of patients, expresses interest in their progress and prepares them for continuing care; explains procedures and treatments ordered to gain patient's cooperation and allay apprehension
Cooperates with all nurses in providing quality care to the patients, works with other departments to provide seamless, quality care to all patients
Orders labs, completes pre-visit planning, rounds with nursing staff and floats throughout the clinic to assist where needed (regional float)
Competencies required include:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to providing excellent customer service, patient care and overall experience
Understanding of health care system and continuum of care
Strong computer skills with ability to become skilled in EPIC with training
Education and experience required:
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Minnesota
Or Medical Assistant Certification
