**Job Description**
**Role Overview**
As a Maintenance Manager (MM), you will oversee all conveyor and sortation system maintenance operations at a single site for a high-volume grocery fulfillment and distribution center. The MM role is critical to creating a safe work environment, driving key performance metrics, and delivering operational excellence. The facility includes both ambient and chilled environments, requiring a strong emphasis on safety, equipment reliability, and technician readiness across varying conditions. You will manage a team of skilled maintenance technicians and a CMMS administrator. The MM is a primary leader in implementing and sustaining C&W Services' CPM program, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in all areas of maintenance operations. As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping an inclusive, high-performing team culture that prioritizes employee growth, safety, and operational efficiency. + Ensure timely resolution of reactive work escalated by client operations teams and implementation of permanent corrective actions.
**Client Collaboration**
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with site leadership to align goals and address operational needs.
+ Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to identify improvement opportunities and foster collaboration.
**Administrative Oversight**
+ Maintain compliance with timesheets, travel, and expense reports.
+ Verify team completion of all required training within specified timeframes.
+ Ensure accurate record-keeping within the CMMS of all work orders, part transactions, and labor.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
+ Experience: 3+ years' experience in maintenance management, with expertise in predictive and preventive maintenance, and proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams or a single high-complexity site.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
+ Work Availability: Availability to provide 24/7 support.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments such as fulfillment centers, manufacturing, or logistics.
+ Certification in maintenance management or reliability (e.g., CMRP, CRL, PMP).
+ Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to use them for strategic decision-making.
+ Demonstrated success in managing multi-site operations and large teams across diverse geographic locations.
+ Expertise in fostering cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, including clients, corporate teams, and site operations.
**Physical Demands:**
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., crouch, kneel, bend, and reach to install or move equipment, including the use of aerial lifts or ladders.
+ Ability to perform tasks wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as a hard hat, face mask, face shield, and composite-toe shoes.
+ Ability to walk 6-12 miles daily, including climbing stairs or navigating multiple floors, to facilitate work across sites.
+ Ability to safely work in warehouse environments temperatures fluctuating from as low as 35F up to 80F and typing on a computer for 1-2 hours daily.

Job Description
The Engineer is part of our engineering team and responsible for all technical operations at the hotel. This individual will troubleshoot and repair electrically run motors & devices, HVAC systems, carpentry projects, and plumbing projects, as well as minor automotive repairs and painting.

Use all power tools safely, including pressure washers and compressors
Repairs may include gas-fired equipment repair or door lock repairs as well as repair of electronic equipment to include all office and audiovisual equipment
Respond to all Guest Requests quickly attentively
Respond to all emergency or life-threatening situations
Follow established safety procedures
Log and communicate all essential information in the Engineering logbook
Move various objects for relocation and/or access
Maintain complete knowledge of resort fire system, well water system, septic system, and irrigation system
Participate in and support hotel and company efforts towards sustainability and environmental initiatives as part of the Planet Auberge program.
Pay range: $27/hour
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience serving as a technician or engineer within a hotel or property management preferred
Experience with power tools use and safety

The purpose of a MAINTENANCE ATTENDANT is to perform routine property and equipment repairs and preventative maintenance, monitor utilities and assist in ensuring the safety of guests and associates in compliance with all corporate and brand standards and all federal, state and local laws.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds in a courteous and timely manner to all guests' questions, complaints or requests.
Performs maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior of building, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating/air conditioning (HVAC) ventilation, water treatment systems and swimming pools.
Conduct inspections for Preventative Maintenance needs.
Ensure the security of inventory such as tools, supplies, equipment, furniture, televisions, etc.
Replenish supplies in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing waste and ensuring that equipment is prepared and operational for the next shift.
Completes assigned work orders in a timely manner and within specifications.
Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention.
Maintains regular attendance, is consistently on time, and observes prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards.
Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.
Performs any other duties as requested by supervisor.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE SENIOR MAINTENANCE & REPAIR TECHNICIAN
Reporting to the Property Manager, this individual will be involved in the preventative maintenance and repair of commercial landscaping equipment, such as ride on mowers and leaf blowers, and vehicles such as ATVs, UTVs, golf carts and trucks.
There is a cycle to the work based on the season (winterizing in the fall, planning and deep cleaning or repair in the winter, preparing for camp in the spring, and maintaining in the summer) but there are always regular tasks to be done regardless of the season. Each week brings its own challenges, and adjustments will always need to be made based upon the weather.
As a hands-on position, on any given day the Senior Maintenance & Repair Technician might be mowing, painting, repairing a vehicle, handling a water or sewage issue, removing trash or blowing leaves and using such equipment as backhoe, tractor, skid steer, ride-on deck mower or 3-wheel groomer.

WORK SCHEDULE
This job requires the team to work in-person. It's mainly a Monday - Friday job, with hourly workers clocking in from 7:00AM - 3:30PM. During the off-season (September - April) there may be the occasional weekend event. The gear up to the start of camp (May - June) is the busiest time, where extended days and weekend work should be expected as we make sure the grounds are ready to welcome the campers on the first day of camp.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must have at least 2-years' experience in facility and site maintenance, grounds keeping or the equivalent and in equipment and/or vehicle mechanics and repair. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and/or carpentry, is a plus.
Also required is a valid driver's license.
Our new Senior Maintenance & Repair Technician should be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions and have working knowledge of painting, general maintenance and janitorial services.
Within 6-months of hiring (if not currently certified), the candidate will be expected to obtain OSHA Certification and be first-aid certified; all at no cost to them.

What will you be doing?

This person is responsible for repairing issues that arise, completing regular maintenance plans, and working with local management to contract external contractors. Develop a schedule of basic maintenance tasks
Complete required maintenance tasks in a timely manner
Ensure repairs are made timely in a way that is safe and in compliance with the local laws and regulations
Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems and structural components including appliances, fans, lights, flooring, carpets, paneling, doors, etc.
Perform basic maintenance tasks including painting, spackling, and basic electrical or plumbing work
Advise management when an outside contractor may be necessary
Review contractor estimates to ensure they accurately reflect the required repairs and reasonable job costs
