Responsibilities Executes Versiti policies and procedures for internal blood product hospital deliveries and returns, donor center pick-ups, equipment, interoffice mail, supply deliveries, distribution site transfers, Diagnostic Lab sample pick-ups, Pharmacy deliveries, Donor Testing Lab tube deliveries Ensures the safety, purity, potency and efficacy of products by following Versiti procedures in handling of all blood and blood products Communicates any fleet maintenance needs, completes pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuels vehicles, and general vehicle upkeep Organize non-scheduled STAT deliveries and special requests to maintain efficiency and meet customer requirements Practices defensive driving techniques, complete vehicle driving and safety training course (online or in person) Executes Versiti customer service strategies designed to meet and/or exceed customer requirements Completes all Versiti required training on time Adheres to the laboratory safety policies as outlined in the department manual and employee handbook Responsible for vehicle cleanliness, assuring no products, equipment, samples or materials remain in the vehicle at the end of the shift Appropriate appearance and uniform required Complete all paperwork correctly Demonstrates courtesy for other drivers and consideration for weather and road conditions Performs other duties as assigned Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements Complies with all standard operating policies and procedures Qualifications Education High School Diploma required Experience 4-6 years experience as a route driver preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check Ability to follow directions and read a map Outstanding customer service skills Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively Exceptional problem solving and decision making skills Ability and motivation to cross train in Hospital Services Licenses and Certifications Valid driver's license required Tools and Technology Versiti vehicles required Hand trucks required Coolers required Hand-held tablet/mobile device required Not ready to apply?     Job DescriptionDescription: AMH is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mobile RV Driver to transport, set up, and maintain our 38 feet recreational vehicles (RVs) at various locations. This role requires safe driving, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to ensure each RV is fully operational, clean, and ready for use upon arrival. This is a dual position including medical patient support- training provided for the patient support. Background check and drug screen required. Requirements: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Transportation & Driving Safely drive and deliver RVs to designated locations on schedule Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure roadworthiness Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies RV Setup & Breakdown Set up RVs at the locations, including leveling, stabilizing, and connecting utilities (water, power, sewer) Break down and prepare RVs for transport after use Ensure proper operation of all RV systems upon setup Maintenance & Upkeep Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, slide-outs, awnings, etc.) Identify and report mechanical or system issues promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of interior and exterior spaces Patient Support Returning patient, provider and third party calls in a timely manner Greeting patients and provide a welcoming first impression to the organization. Referring patient inquiries of a clinical nature to the appropriate clinical staff for triage Scheduling appointments in accordance with AMH guidelines relating to new patient, routine follow-up and same-day appointments Patient check in and complete full registration process Experience with verifying patient insurance is preferred but not required. Communicate concerns regarding RV with Fleets Manager and Director of Community Medicine Assist to mapping routes to sites Sending and following up on messages between patient's and providers/clinical staff members via EHR Read through for previous messages/encounters related to patient inquiry to clearly and efficiently communicate with patient and staff. Maintaining electronic health records (EHR) and coordinating patient activities. Verifying information on file and updating said information as necessary. Using data and patient registries to outreach to patients in need of preventive care and follow-up for chronic conditions. Utilizing working knowledge of up to date insurance credentialing information to appropriately schedule appointments. As appropriate, triaging phone calls and following up on patient requests. Answering screening prioritizing and delegating large amounts of telephone inquiries in a friendly professional manner including de-escalation skills for disgruntled patients Qualifications Valid driver's license Proven experience driving large vehicles, RVs, or trailers Basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common RV issues, support provided. Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Physically able to lift, bend, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Preferred Skills & Experience Prior experience in RV operations, mobile services, or fleet maintenance Knowledge of RV leveling systems, generators, and hookups Excellent customer service and communication skills Work Environment Mobile role with travel to multiple locations Outdoor and hands-on work in diverse environments Monday - Friday
