Monitor, document, and maintain compliance with OSHA requirements on shop floor. Lead process to train, develop, hire, redeploy Shop and Field technicians. Conduct routine staff reviews through formal review process and constructive real-time feedback. Manage employee retention longevity. Conduct formal documented findings of daily Shop Walk-about (2x, 1 in a.m.; 1 in p.m.) Co-manage operations with Engineering Manager in absence of GM or Dir. of Operations.
