MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Currently licensed as an advanced practice nurse in the state of Georgia by the Georgia Board of Nursing and certified as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or equivalent body, or Certified as a Physician's Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
+ Licensed as appropriate in the state of Georgia.
+ May require at least one year of direct experience in one or more high acuity clinical specialties. BLS, ACLS, and Healthcare Provider certifications required.

What We Offer Child Care Lead Teacher II Join Our Team as a Fulltime Early Childhood Teacher! Location: Today's Child Learning Center - Winston-Salem, NC Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a safe, warm, and inspiring learning environment? At Novant Health's Learning Place, you'll play a vital role in helping children thrive, while guiding them through their earliest and most important educational experiences.
What You'll Do As a Teacher, you'll be responsible for: Creating a caring, safe, and enriching space where every child feels valued and inspired to learn Communicating clear goals, guidelines, and standards to support each child's growth Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of every child entrusted to your care Requirements: Before being considered, candidates must upload or provide proof of DHHS Background Determination and DHHS Workforce/Status letters during the application process.
Education: Two year Associates Degree, Required.
AA/AAS degree in Early Childhood or related field as defined by DHHS Division of Child Development Education unit.
Experience Required: Minimum of 2-year verifiable experience in a childcare center, or years of experience working with children up to 12 years of age, required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration Required: NC Credentials or equivalency defined by regulatory compliance Division of Child Development Workforce Unit, required.
Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid within 2 months of hire, required.
ITS SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) within 2 months of hire (infants up to 12 months of age)of age), required.
Additional Skills Required: DHHS NC Division of Child Development Criminal Background Letter (required renewal every 5 years), and Workforce letter (within 60 days of hire) or education verification until workforce letter is obtain.
Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
BSAC required for those working with school age children.
CDL for school age if driving the buses.
· NC Division of Child Development Qualifying Letter/Criminal Background letter · NC Division of Child Development Workforce letter within 2 months of hire · NC Institute for Child Development Professional ECE Certification within 2 months of hire CDL license (if hired for driving buses) and working with school age children.
Maintain training hours requirements as outlined by the Division of Child Development Additional Skills Preferred: Playground safety.
