The ideal candidate NTT DATA is seeking has 7+ years of IT Sales experience in the Managed Services/Professional Services space and strong relationships in the Life Sciences industry. Additionally, a deep understanding of InformationTechnology and Digital Solutions sales and technology and/or professional services sales. Specific client knowledge of the modern complexities of business and technology, delivering the insights, solutions and outcomes that matter most. We deliver tangible business results by combining deep industry expertise with applied innovations in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services. This is primarily a hunter-type sales role to generate, qualify, and close new business at the C-Suite decision maker level.
Additional Qualifications and Responsibilities
* Sells complex managed services, full IT Outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry vertical solutions to include things like regulatory compliance solutions, digital solutions, mobile solutions, transformational services and application management/support, digital workplace services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), etc
* History of success in a sales hunter role with a demonstrated ability to acquire net new logos
* A passion for improving healthcare and patient outcomes and recognized as an expert in the Life Science service solutions industry/industries
* Deep understanding of IT managed and professional services and ability to articulate the value proposition to clients
* Creatively sell into large national Life Science accounts and ability to demonstrate successful deal closures
* Requires strategic agility to interface and successfully influence C-level executives within the customer organization
* Design and implement sales strategy to achieve sales quota
* Ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions
* Applies an extremely deep understanding of business, financials, service offerings, the market, and the needs/challenges of assigned accounts
* Understands and applies long-term vision of business/technology direction for NTT DATA
* Drives services sales strategies that help drive exponential sales growth
* Demonstrated ability & success at meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $12+ million in Revenue
* Understanding of the competitive landscape for IT services and anticipates how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of NTT DATA services

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $108,000 - $250,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

Our client is seeking a Temporary Desktop Support Specialist (CONTRACT). The primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and support for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Equipment support includes tablets, computers, mobile devices, printers and other end-user hardware and software, as well as audio/visual equipment. The Specialist executes client device installation, repair, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Respond to Service Desk tickets and serve as the first point of contact for technical issues over the phone, via email or in-person.
Capture/Gather information, perform initial troubleshooting to resolve issues utilizing documented processes and procedures.
Adhere to processes to perform triage and escalation of incidents and service requests in a timely manner.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of experience as a Service Desk Specialist.
Above average understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues, as well as, researching new ones.
Working knowledge of MS Active Directory, Office 365 administration, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and PC hardware.
Experience working with BOX, Okta, Zoom, SharePoint, and MDM solutions.
Excellent organizational, communication, time management, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
Ability to understand and execute technical manuals, documentation, and guides.
Must have strong customer service skills, including ability to listen, interpret and explain IT related issues,

The individual should have two years of active participation in mental health self-help activities, peer support or peer advocacy programs, or participant run organizations or similar experiences or programs.
They must possess the ability/ willingness to disclose their recovery story (where appropriate) for the purposes of empowerment.
The Peer Support Technician must obtain required certification (Peer Support Specialist Case Manager, complete within 6 months of hire date) as follows:
Complete 40 total hours of training.
An assessment completed no longer than 90 days prior to sending in the application.
PST will be assessed by AWARE's LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LAC, physician, psychologist, or an advanced practice registered nurse until they reach mastery level in certain areas;
Once the 40 hours online training and the assessment (which takes place after the 40 hours) is complete, then the PST submits the noted PST Case Manager Application;
Once application is approved, PST will complete and pass required test;
PST Case Manager must maintain credential.

This position requires work to be done onsite at a data center facility and may require use of a personal mobile device. A monthly stipend will be provided to cover expenses incurred for using a personal device, if applicable.
NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Hourly base salary for this position is $33.90 - $50.90 and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance to local state and federal ‘Wage and Hour' requirements.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
