Key Responsibilities
Perform focused physical examinations and assessments.
Develop, implement, and continuously enhance individualized member care plans.
Order, conduct, and interpret diagnostic tests; adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Administer and manage bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT)
Provide, supervise, and monitor intravenous (IV) biologic therapies.
Administer injections for musculoskeletal conditions and aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser treatments, medical-grade skincare).
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and charting.
Educate and counsel members on health optimization, disease prevention, and treatment adherence.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety regulations, and company protocols.
Support and guide medical assistants and other clinical staff.
Contribute to a 60%+ membership renewal rate by delivering an exceptional care experience.
Participate in on-call duties as required for concierge-level care.
Perform additional clinical duties as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
Master's degree in Nursing.
Active and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license for the state of practice.
ACLS/BCLS certification.
Proficiency in IV administration and comprehensive understanding of diagnostic testing.
Strong knowledge of clinical standards, healthcare regulations, and safety protocols.
