Provide operational support to their Nurse Aide Evaluators and Proctors Confirm that their Nurse Aide Evaluators and Proctors consistently provide testing availability in Prometric scheduling systems. Ensure that they are submitting requests for recruiting of new Nurse Aide Evaluators and Proctors and assisting with the interviewing and training when needed. Ensure necessary approvals are received before hiring above targeted Full Time head count Ensure all direct staff is up to date with training and compliance per Prometric requirements. Review and approve new test locations as requested. Ensure existing test locations consistently meet Prometric site standard guidelines. Evaluate each assigned Nurse Aide Evaluators and Proctors a minimum of once per year or as requested by Prometric. Drive a culture of continuous improvements, new approaches, and personal excellence. Evaluate each assigned Nurse Aide Evaluator a minimum of once per year or as requested by Prometric. Communicate key messages effectively to ensure that direct reports are well informed about issues that may impact them or our candidates and clients. Praise and share feedback with direct reports regarding their performance; suggest improvements, changes, or updates when applicable. Work constructively and cross functionally with other stakeholders throughout the organization, such as Nurse Aide Operations, Site and Human Resource Recruiting, Test Hours Management to share ideas and leverage best practices Develop and audit quality assurance measurement to ensure the delivery of world class service. Be an ambassador for the Prometric culture - role model our values in everything you do. Be a subject matter expert on the Senior Nurse role and the requirements for the different client/states. Work with Human Resources and the management team to document and follow policy and procedure regarding corrective actions if necessary. Ensure all Nurse Aide Evaluators are up to date with training and compliance per Prometric requirements. Available to work flexible hours as required. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION Registered Nurse with active and unrestricted license EXPERIENCE 1-2 years' experience in a long-term care environment with a minimum of 2 or more years overall in a leadership position SKILLS Strong understanding of staffing requirement to support NAE's and Proctors Result-oriented with a commitment to achieving personal, department, client, and company goals. Ability to work in an ever-changing and fast paced environment and maintain focus on key priorities despite conflicting demands. Impactful communication both written and verbal Ability to build a highly engaged, committed and empowered team.
