    Urgently Hiring We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Bridgeport, WV. Our office needs a talented and dedicated Chiropractor that provides excellent care to our patients! Ideally, the incoming Chiropractor is a highly skilled adjuster with a welcoming bedside manner, a team player who is caring and attentive, who listens to the needs of our patients and works hard to develop a treatment plan to decrease or eliminate pain and discomfort. Must have a good work ethic, be willing to learn and grow and have a physiotherapy certificate in WV. Our 23 years of experience help us listen to each patient's particular situation and make an individual treatment plan that meets their needs. We have a dedicated team and administrative staff, and we offer a host of services. We have a fully trained staff to assist with most areas of practice, with an X-ray technologist on board, so the chiropractor can focus on patient care. No external marketing required.Duties: Patient exam/evaluations- (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent records/imaging) Review and report on X-rays Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation Chiropractic care- diversified, rehab techniques, variety of treatments and modalities Patient education about the diagnosis, treatment plan options, lifestyle modifications, home rehab recommendations, and the benefits of continued chiropractic care Documentation-progress notes Collaboration with the multidisciplinary staff for comprehensive patient care Regular patient follow up to ensure patient progress and patient satisfaction Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) Current Chiropractic license in WV with physiotherapy certification Schedule: Full time (M-F) Compensation: $75k+ /year plus an above industry standard bonus structure based on individual monthly collections(depending on experience) Benefits: Vacation/PTO- 2 weeks per year Bonus compensation Malpractice insurance Dedicated support staff If you are a team player, who believes in honesty, integrity, compassion, then we want to hear from you.
