Overview
The Premium Busser supports the Premium team by maintaining clean and organized dining and service areas before, during, and after events. This role ensures that guests receive prompt and attentive service by resetting tables, replenishing supplies, and assisting attendants and culinary staff as needed. The premium busser plays a key role in creating a polished and efficient guest experience.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $12.00-$14.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, including table arrangements, stocking non-alcoholic beverages, silverware, and glassware.
Clear tables of used dishes, utensils, and glassware quickly and discreetly.
Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including suites, buffets, drink stations, and guest areas.
Refill water glasses and other non-alcoholic beverages as needed.
Assist attendants with food and beverage delivery when required.
Ensure proper sanitation and disposal of food waste and trash.
Break down and clean up event space after service.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies during service.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth event flow.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be 18 or over.
Previous experience in the food service or catering industry preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedule.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

The main responsibility of a Pizza Ranch busser is to ensure the dining room is clean and unneeded utensils or plates are removed from guests' tables so they can enjoy our delicious food without any extra clutter. Bussers continuously do laps around the dining room cleaning tables, chairs, napkin holders, and the floor while taking the time to connect with our guests. It is important for the busser to be friendly and outgoing, so they can create connections with guests that entice them to return to our store time and time again. Bussers also assist in the clearing of debris off of plates, bowls, and cups so that they are ready to be ran through the dish machine.
Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:
Must be 16 years of age or older.
May be cross-trained to perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed.
Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during entire shift.
Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping.
Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds.
Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service.
Ability to positively interact with Team Members and Guests.

Responsibilities
* Assist with event setup, including table arrangements, stocking non-alcoholic beverages, silverware, and glassware.
