Responsibilities * Assist with event setup, including table arrangements, stocking non-alcoholic beverages, silverware, and glassware. * Clear tables of used dishes, utensils, and glassware quickly and discreetly. * Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including suites, buffets, drink stations, and guest areas. * Refill water glasses and other non-alcoholic beverages as needed. * Assist attendants with food and beverage delivery when required. * Ensure proper sanitation and disposal of food waste and trash. * Break down and clean up event space after service. * Follow all safety and sanitation policies during service. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth event flow.
