Overview
Customer-oriented, enthusiastic Premium Suite Attendant to join our team at the Acrisure Arena. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our premium suite guests, Take orders and ensuring a luxurious and memorable experience during events and performances.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $20.00 and is tip eligible

This position will remain open until December 31, 2025.
Responsibilities
Welcome and greet suite guests, providing a warm and professional atmospher
Prepare suites before guest arrival, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup
Take food and beverage orders, communicate them to the kitchen, and serve items promptly
Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including specialty items and dietary restrictions
Assist with in-suite hosting duties, including restocking supplies and addressing guest needs
Monitor alcohol consumption and practice responsible service
Provide information about the arena, upcoming events, and local attraction
Assist with post-event cleanup and restocking of suites
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service preferred
Experience in premium or VIP guest services preferred
knowledge of wine and spirits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and proper serving techniques
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Professional appearance and demeanor
Basic computer skills for order processing

The Suite Attendant is responsible for serving guests in the Suites. The Suite Attendant must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $15 to $18, plus tips.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for assisting setup of food service areas within specific suites and club areas based upon pre-order
* Ensures all assigned suites are set prior to event based upon communication received of orders
* Responsible for organization and preparation of events in assigned locations
* Responsible for assisting in closing out financials per event and ensuring correct billing takes place
* Monitor and maintain food quality
* Follows all company policies and procedures, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring a positive atmosphere for team members and guests
* Monitor and enforce safe alcohol policies and procedures
* Monitor and maintain inventory control and product requisition fulfilling
* Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments
* Responsible for supervising the service of beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages. Must check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
* Responsible for observing guests to respond to any additional requests
* Responsible for ensuring suites has all necessary serving ware
* Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
* Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
* Assures that the location equipment is operable and clean prior to start of event.
* Responsible for recognizing guests that are visibly intoxicated and taking action to cut off alcohol to such individuals
* All other duties as assigned by the managers and supervisors.

* Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
* Ability to speak, read and write in English.

* Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.

Ability to read and comprehend complex documents, including Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for the purpose of setting up guest events with proper linen, dishware, glassware, flatware; and executing service as stated on the contracted event menu & event timeline.
Serve beverages, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly to guests. Accurately accounting for all alcohol served with a proper transaction. Ensure proper guest identification / age in accordance with local/state/federal regulations ensuring no sale to minors. Communicates “last call” in designated suites. Reports cut-off needs as required.
Maintains positive and productive daily interactions with co-workers. Meets the company uniform standards as well as maintaining a well-groomed appearance. - Report any escalated safety, service, health, guest intoxication concerns to management immediately.
Carefully and respectfully listening and responding to customer requests and concerns. Communicating with management as required. - Refilling salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiments and napkins, as needed. Bus suites throughout the event.
Clean & polish equipment used for buffet set-up. Lock-up refrigerators / liquor cabinets at end of shift.
Replace tableware and linens as required during event or for room turnover. - Maintains a clean & organized work space in accordance with standard operating procedures for sanitization, health & safety standards.
Employee may occasionally help with bartending as directed.
Qualifications
Age 18 or older.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Position Summary
The Suite Attendant is responsible for set-up, maintaining, execution and tear down of advanced and event-day food and beverage service for Principal Park suites. The employee is responsible to oversee their assigned suites or other private event location(s) during events. Employees must provide excellent guest service and maintain excellent attendance. Availability to work a regular event-based schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays is required.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $4.35. plus tips

Responsibilities
* Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellent in the areas of guest service -
* Assists the Suites Coordinator & Manager as required in preparation for the event; including stocking Suite products; following opening and closing procedures; maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Suite Pantry and other storage areas; along with other assigned tasks.
* Maintains current "tickets" for designated Suites as orders are placed. Presents accurate final checks to the guest. Ability to accurately report client order and appropriately add tax & service charge.
* Responsible for serving meals to guests or replenishing food for buffet service. - Checks all food & beverage delivered to clients for accuracy and quality.
* Ability to read and comprehend complex documents, including Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for the purpose of setting up guest events with proper linen, dishware, glassware, flatware; and executing service as stated on the contracted event menu & event timeline.
* Serve beverages, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly to guests. Accurately accounting for all alcohol served with a proper transaction. Ensure proper guest identification / age in accordance with local/state/federal regulations ensuring no sale to minors. Communicates "last call" in designated suites. Reports cut-off needs as required.
* Maintains positive and productive daily interactions with co-workers. Meets the company uniform standards as well as maintaining a well-groomed appearance. - Report any escalated safety, service, health, guest intoxication concerns to management immediately.
* Carefully and respectfully listening and responding to customer requests and concerns. Communicating with management as required. - Refilling salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiments and napkins, as needed. Bus suites throughout the event.
* Clean & polish equipment used for buffet set-up. Lock-up refrigerators / liquor cabinets at end of shift.
* Replace tableware and linens as required during event or for room turnover. - Maintains a clean & organized work space in accordance with standard operating procedures for sanitization, health & safety standards.
* Employee may occasionally help with bartending as directed.
Qualifications
* Age 18 or older.
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* One or more years' experience as a server or in the food service industry.
* Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)
* Professional interpersonal communication skills with co-workers, guests and managers. • Requires strict confidentiality with regard to private company information including event guests, event contracts and suite owners
* Detail oriented, organized, and ability to multi-task & prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays based on the Iowa Cubs Baseball schedule (March-September)

Overview
The Suite Attendant is responsible for serving guests in the Suites. The Suite Attendant must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $11.00 and is tip eligible

Responsibilities
Ability to read and understand suite orders provided by the manager.
Provide exceptional hospitality to guests in suites, club spaces, and event areas throughout the ballpark.
Responsible for assisting setup of food service areas within specific suites and club areas based upon pre-order
Ensures all assigned suites are set prior to event based upon communication received of orders
Responsible for ensuring suites has all necessary serving ware
Assist with breakdown of suites setups, including disposing of waste and returning equipment.
Must be detail oriented to ensure that work is accurate and complete.
Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments
Monitor food quality, temperature, and replenishment levels during events; restock items as needed.
Responsible for supervising the service of beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages. Must check the guest's ID to verify minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, runners, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Initiate and maintain friendly and professional contact with guests ensuring that all needs are anticipated and met.
Have a high level of social contact. Ability to work closely with staff and deal often with patrons.
Handle guest concerns or special requests courteously and escalate issues to management when needed.
Ability to mutli-task and work independently during slower times
Ability to help provide a safe and clean work environment for both the front and back of the house.
Must have a customer-focused, positive, and professional attitude.
Ability to read with oral and written communications skills in the English language.
Knowledge of basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach out to the body, arms and/or legs.
Ability to handle and move objects.
Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects up to 30 lbs often.
Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
You must be punctual with consistent attendance.
