Role Overview
The Brand Operator owns the entire content engine end-to-end: content strategy, videography and capture, distribution and optimization, and audience growth. This is one role with full ownership, not a handoff between teams.
1. Content Strategist (Primary Responsibility)
You are first and foremost a content strategist and packaging operator. You research top-performing formats inside and outside the land niche, study winning creators and brands, identify patterns in hooks and framing, and submit weekly content ideas, formats, and narratives.
You are expected to be obsessive about what works and why.
AI leverage is required. You are expected to heavily use AI to increase output and insight, including research, idea generation, hook testing, repurposing workflows, caption/title iteration, and performance analysis.
2. Capture Reality (In-Person With the Founder)
You are the embedded videographer documenting Landman as it operates in real life. This includes walking parcels of land with Clay, the CEO, driving between properties and meetings, behind-the-scenes deal conversations, strategy sessions, testimonials, and conference travel. This is DailyVee-style documentation applied to land, capital, and operators-real, frequent, and authentic.
3. Distribution Engine (After 90-Day Ramp)

**Position Summary**
The Automotive Technician plays a pivotal role within our automotive service team. As a vital member, you learn and develop foundational skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, this role involves hands-on learning to address various automotive systems and services. Automotive Technicians participate in routine inspections, contribute to vehicle assessments, and assist in repair procedures. Pay Range: $16.15 - $24.23

**Responsibilities**
+ Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
+ Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
+ Install batteries and check electrical systems.
+ Perform tire maintenance.
+ Install parts.
+ Road test vehicles.
+ Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least one of A1 - A8 within first two years of employment (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company pass or fail. Technicians receive bonus for each test passed)
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
+ Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
+ Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including:
+ Oil changes
+ Basic inspections
+ Repairing tires
+ Reading, writing, and math skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 2 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program in a related field or demonstrated skills via third party certificates/assessment.
+ A.S.E certification or equivalent external qualifications or training certifications.

II. Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the Visit Nurse to coordinate and provide the highest level of hospice care to patients and families.
The Visit Nurse works in conjunction with the Nurse Case Manager, Director of Nursing (DON) and the Interdisciplinary Team to:
· provide hands-on clinical nursing, interacting with patients, family, physicians, Interdisciplinary Team members, and other health care professionals involved in the patient's care.
· assess and coordinate a pain/symptom management program formulated with the participation of family and patient, attending physician and the Interdisciplinary Team, utilizing pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods of pain/symptom control to enhance quality of life.
· assist in facilitating freedom of choice, relief of suffering and death with dignity for patients facing end of life issues.
· provide support and education for families based on the hospice philosophy of care. Care includes physical, psychological, spiritual, and financial comfort.
· participate in Interdisciplinary Team meetings and up-dates the Plan of Care (POC) for assigned patients based on identified problems and needs.
· ensure all services provided are in accordance with the patient's POC.
· ensure the POC involves the active participation of the patient, family, PCP, and the Interdisciplinary Team
· provide Nurse Case Manager with appropriate information to coordinate all services related to hospice care for assigned patients. Coordination of services include communicating and making referrals for home health aide/homemaker, chaplain, social worker, volunteer, and ancillary services, as well as ordering medications and Durable Medical Equipment
· educate patient and family on the disease process and expectation related to the disease progression.
· assist with CQI activities.
· work as a team member at all times and uphold the Hospice Code of Ethics
· provide care to manage patient symptoms.
· utilize the medication formulary whenever possible for the management of patient symptoms.
· reports to DON as patient condition changes, changes in the patient condition that require change in level of care.
III. Orientation and Training
Care Comfort Hospice will provide orientation and training, as necessary, to assist the Hospice Nurse in performing the responsibilities listed above. Training may be in-house or outside seminars. Evidence of orientation and training will become part of the personnel file.
IV. On Call
The Hospice Nurse will be on call according to scheduling. During the hours when on call, the Visit Nurse is expected to follow On Call Protocol and to respond to all pages within 20 minutes.
V. Accountability
Reports directly to the Nurse Case Manager and Director of Nursing.
