Title: Plumbing Engineer / Designer (Design-Build Focus) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Engineer / Designer to join a fast-growing commercial construction team. This is a design-first role, with estimating as a secondary skill. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience producing plumbing design-build documents, working in a collaborative design-assist environment, and managing complex commercial projects from concept to permit-ready drawings. Qualifications Bachelor's in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience in medical devices, robotics, aerospace, automotive, or similarly regulated, complex electromechanical industries. Proven experience taking hardware systems from prototype to scaled manufacturing (e.g. 100‑1,000+ units/year), ideally with a BOM of 500‑3,000+ parts and a mix of COTS and custom parts from many sources. Deep experience with design transfer, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp‑ups. Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams responsible for procurement, planning, production operations, and/or service/support.
