Cherian is the Co-Founder & CEO of Octopus Interactive (“Octopus”)-the nation’s largest network of video-entertainment screens inside Uber and Lyft vehicles.

Octopus partners with the some of the world’s largest brands including Disney, Sprint, Red Bull, Walmart, Marriott, Tiffany & Co., National Geographic, Waze and more to deliver rich media content to a captive (and highly sought-after) rideshare audience. Octopus reaches millions of unique rideshare passengers across the top DMAs throughout the nation.

Prior to founding Octopus, Cherian co-founded Spotluck-a restaurant discovery app that combines gamification with dynamic pricing to maximize yield for restaurants. Spotluck’s proprietary pricing software automatically fluctuates restaurant prices (though smart discounts) based on day, time and weather.

Cherian holds two Masters degrees and an Honorary Doctorate. He serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and is an active member of the Board of Associates at Hood College.

Cherian commutes to work via electric skateboard bringing his equally electric energy to team meetings. He lives in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife Catherine and two kiddos.

Bradford Sayler is a Co-Founder and COO at Octopus Interactive and is based in Bethesda, Maryland. He has worked as Senior Consultant at Protiviti, Associate - Corporate Securities Disclosure & Transactions at SUTHERLAND ASBILL & BRENNAN, and Senior Associate at Eversheds Sutherland. Bradford studied at George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School between 2006 and 2009 and University of Delaware - Lerner College of Business and Economics between 2000 and 2004.

In his roles as a Chief Revenue Officer, Bennett Fogel is known for developing transformational sales and marketing strategies and turning them into focused, sellable and actionable solutions. He has a proven track record of repositioning organizations, generating untapped revenue streams, and creating incremental growth, and is a recognized expert in national, regional and digital platforms in the Fintech, TV, Digital, Out Of Home, Hispanic, Cinema and Sports Sponsorship markets.Bennett is a hands-on, strategic leader of high-performing sales organizations, where his player-coach approach breeds enthusiasm and engagement. A rainmaker, he develops strategy and personally leads the sales and marketing effort to success prior to scaling throughout the organization. Selected Recent Accomplishments: • Designed and engineered NCM’s transformative migration from the $4B Out Of Home market into the $80B TV/Video market, highlighted by successfully competing in the Network TV upfront and doubling advanced billings to over $230MM in 2 years (2014 to 2016).• Negotiated deal with STRATA national spot TV buying system and Nielsen to gain inclusion as new affiliate in 95 local markets resulting in significant incremental spot revenue.• Led digital integration with onscreen schedules which dramatically enhanced targeting and helped generate over $100MM of onscreen/online deals. Doubled digital revenue in 2 years (2014 to 2016).

Dillon Tedesco is the Chief Revenue Officer of Octopus Interactive, the largest network of video screens inside of Ubers and Lyfts in the country. Dillon works with the world’s most innovative and forward-thinking brands and advertising agencies to activate creative, data-driven campaigns to reach today’s most valuable consumers. He is responsible for all revenue-generating initiatives within the company and works closely with his internal and external stakeholders to develop win-win business solutions. Over the last three years, Octopus has grown to become one of the most innovative video platforms for brands like Disney, T-Mobile, CBS, and Red Bull to utilize and Dillon is at the forefront of strategizing, planning, and executing with those partners. Dillon leads, sells, and lives with empathy and integrity. In his 12+ year career of leadership, sales, business development, account management, and strategy across the Public and Private sector, Dillon has been able to incorporate the strong organizational structure and business processes that larger corporations thrive on and implement them within early stage companies to enable rapid, yet structured and efficient growth. Prior to Octopus, Dillon served as the Chief Revenue Officer for Spotluck and held positions at Métier, Ernst & Young and Deltek. Dillon holds a Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York and is an MBA candidate at American University, Kogod School of Business.
