What You'll Do:
Sales Production: Take full ownership of sales by personally sourcing & funding $2-3+ Million in closed loans per month. You'll build direct to sponsor and broker relationships, prospect for new business opportunities, and develop connections with key industry players to create a steady pipeline of loans.
Originate Diverse Loan Products: Use your industry knowledge to structure and originate a range of loan products, from $30MM guidance lines to $15MM projects and competitive pricing across Fix-and-Flip, Ground-up Construction, and DSCR, you'll have the products to serve clients and dominate the market.
Manage the Entire Loan Process: Be the driving force behind every deal, from initial outreach to loan structuring, underwriting, approval, and closing. You'll work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth and timely loan processing.
Consult and Advise Clients: Educate business partners, referral sources, brokers, and investors on the Lima One value proposition, and become a trusted advisor in your markets for all things real estate investment property finance.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
Active current NMLS license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Book of Business or Investor Network that compliments Lima One's loan product suite of Fix and Flip, New Construction, Rental Property (DSCR), and Bridge loans
2+ years' experience in the Private Lending industry (FNF, Bridge, New Construction and/or Perm Debt) in single family and multifamily asset classes
Understanding of the real estate investment property industry and ability to effectively communicate how the Lima One product set can help our clients grow and prosper
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to creatively source and develop new business
Energetic and passionate about providing the best customer experience in the industry

Job Description
Under the direction of the Lead/Primary Loan Originator, performs office or non-manual work directly related to the management or general business operations of PrimeLending and its customers and markets and promotes PrimeLending products and services to the team's client base of realtors, builders, bank officers and potential and past clients. In addition acts as a liaison between the Lead/Primary and/or other team loan originators, in process customers and branch operations staff.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
•Markets and promotes PrimeLending's financial products; •Team Originators will not be subject to the minimum personal production standards for Loan Originators in order to qualify for a team relationship.
•Handles loan volume as directed by each team loan originator in a timely and efficient manner, while obtaining working knowledge of Company products as well as private and Government insured mortgage guidelines.
•Monitors overall customer interaction and interfaces with all parties involved on each individual loan from application to closing, including but not limited to counseling and pre-qualifying potential home buyers.
•Collects and analyzes information regarding the customer's income, assets, investments or debts.
•Schedules appointments with potential customers for the team loan originator(s).
•Interacts and interfaces with all parties involved in each individual loan transaction from application to closing.
•Obtains all necessary support documents including the appropriate fees and collects additional documents and promptly communicating loan status to all interested parties. Obtains remaining or uncollected loan documentation after closing. •Negotiates terms and conditions of loans with customers.
•Stays abreast of changes in rules and regulations pertaining to private and government insured mortgages. •Maintains a professional image and adheres to standards consistent with company policies and procedures. •Meets customer service standards as outlined by management. •Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Appropriate licenses, if State required.
•One to two years of sales or mortgage banking experience preferred.
•Interacts with regional & corporate departments, as well as realtors, sales agents, builders, appraisers, etc.
•Demonstrated judgment and decision making ability. Excellent and effective presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
•An ability to quickly assess and process large amounts of information, and must be able to use designated technology.
•Must continue to expand knowledge of issues influencing the industry and the organization. '
•Must be organized and detail-oriented and possess ability to prioritize work load based on loan volume.
•Must be proficient in required origination technology and use of other office equipment.

Job Description
Under the direction of the Lead/Primary Loan Originator, performs office or non-manual work directly related to the management or general business operations of PrimeLending and its customers and markets and promotes PrimeLending products and services to the team's client base of realtors, builders, bank officers and potential and past clients. Evaluates PrimeLending's and other loan products and services and determines which financial products best meet the customer's needs and financial circumstances.
Establishes and maintains relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders and new home sales representatives in order to develop and retain existing business; and by visiting subdivisions as required.
Markets and promotes PrimeLending's financial products;
Originators are expected to meet the Company's minimum production standards in funded units/volume on an ongoing basis each month, by taking complete and accurate loan applications, using PrimeLending's product set.
Monitors overall customer interaction and interfaces with all parties involved on each individual loan from application to closing, including but not limited to counseling and pre-qualifying potential home buyers.
Collects and analyzes information regarding the customer's income, assets, investments or debts.
Advises the customer regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different loan products.
Services existing customers and obtains all necessary support documents along with the appropriate fees and lock in information.
Oversees the loan process by monitoring loan status and ensures conformity with terms.
Communicates loan status to all interested parties, and obtains loan documentation after closing.
Presents terms and conditions of loans with customers.
Stays abreast of trends and developments in the local real estate market and competitive environment, as well as, changes in rules and regulations pertaining to private and government insured mortgages.
Maintains a professional image and adheres to standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
May supervise and direct the activities of other loan officer(s), loan officer assistant(s), or loan processor(s).

The Processor is responsible for processing files from submission through submitting to closing. They will work with all departments in coordinating processing, processing support, and administrative functions for their respective teams. Processor will work closely with underwriting, loan officer/loan officer team and Processing Team Lead to complete all functions within a timely manner and consistent with all operations policies and procedures.
Applicants should have a minimum of two to five years' experience processing FHA, VA, Conventional, Bond and USDA loans. They should be familiar with guidelines for each loan type and have experience using DU, LP and GUS. Ideal candidates should be accustomed to working with multiple loan originators and should be accustomed to processing an average of 15 closed files per month.
