POSITION SUMMARY
The Mission Critical Project Manager will be accountable for the coordination between the customer, customer service, procurement and the vendors post order award through project completion. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related discipline
5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, plant operations or project execution in commercial construction, experience with data center or critical infrastructure sector a plus.

Ensure operation of mobile equipment by completing repair and preventive maintenance activities on forklifts (propane/diesel) ranging from 4,000 lb capacity to 50,000 lb capacity, front-end loaders (Volvo L180H or equivalent), excavators (Liebherr LH60C LITRONIC or equivalent), skid steers, plant sweepers (Tennant M20 or equivalent), and various plant utility vehicles. Utilize diagrams, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions/directions, in order to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
2. Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical/electrical devices in operation, listening for problems, and using precision measuring/testing instruments.
3. Remove/install parts through the safe use of hoists, cranes, and hand /power tools.
4. Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
5. Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand/power tools.
6. Conform to the plant's maintenance reliability program (EAM), as well as other required maintenance activities.
7. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with plant rules/procedures and completing safety inspections to meet both OSHA regulations and USG safety standards.
8. Maintain good working relationships through the use of constructive communication skills and dignity/respect.
9. Mechanical and technical skills including, but not limited to equipment lubrication, troubleshooting electrical/fuel/ignition/hydraulic/cooling systems, and computer skills.
