Required Skills/Abilities: * Able to hear sounds to support and respond to individual needs. * Effectively implement Mandt procedures per OV policy to appropriately respond to interfering behaviors. * Comprehend and implement legible written and verbal instructions to complete required documentation and support individuals in completion of their activities of daily living. * Utilize a computer or other electronic device to complete electronic documentation. We provide necessary on-the-job training to care for our individuals. * Must be 18 years of age. * High School Diploma or GED/ required. * Valid Driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance. * Requires physical activity bending, kneeling, stooping.
