**How you will make an impact:**

**Qualifications:**

Compensation Range:
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $149,504-$219,272 per year (in the primary posting location). Prepare and/or review contracts of CAST's existing and prospective Clients/Partners, mainly in the U.S, and supporting other CAST affiliates across the world as needed.

In this capacity you will be primarily responsible for:

Trigyn's Direct Government Client has an immediate need for Attorney who can work onsite in New York, NY.
Description:
The client needs an attorney to process and respond to the large volume of legal guidance requests it receives every day. The attorney will provide legal assessments and evaluation of all legal requests to determine agency's obligation to respond and prepare responses, including written objections when appropriate. Other duties include preparing motions to quash subpoenas or for protective orders, responding to contempt motions, engaging in other motion practice as appropriate and researching legal issues in these and other areas. The attorney will provide legal guidance to Associate General Counsel, General Counsel, and executive staff regarding disclosure and privacy issues. The attorney will supervise clerical staff in collecting, redacting, producing, and copying responsive documents.
Qualifications
Skills:
- Must have experience with FOIL requests and subpoena process.
• Preferred candidate will have demonstrated organizational and managerial skills, along with relevant experience and/or demonstrated interest in public information area.
• Preferred candidate will have at least three years of litigation or related experience; experience must include document production.
• Minimum requirements include admission to the New York State Bar.
Daily Duties/Tasks:
• Attorney review of legal requests
• Respond to legal inquiries and provide legal guidance
• Legal research, litigation and appeals
• Supervision of staff

Infosys - Legal - Senior Corporate Counsel - North America Immigration Law Infosys Limited is seeking an experienced immigration counsel to join the Americas Employment & Immigration Law Team. In the Senior Corporate Counsel-U.S. Immigration Law position, you would be an integral part of the Infosys Legal Team and primarily responsible for all immigration-related inquiries to support Infosys's North America immigration practices and policies. This includes partnering with and advising stakeholders, including an international Global Immigration team, human resources, and executive leadership, on all aspects of an employee's immigration journey and the corporation's immigration strategy. This is a strategic, not operational, role with the key responsibilities including resolving complex legal issues, developing and implementing strategic solutions, and related risk management. You will also assist in monitoring the corporation's compliance with immigration law and regulations, continuously strengthening compliance practices, and overseeing internal auditing and reporting. In addition to day-to-day immigration counseling, you would manage external counsel on immigration-related investigations and claims, partner with government affairs on immigration policy initiatives, and overall serve as the go-to North America immigration subject matter expert and partner.
You will join a supportive Americas Employment & Immigration Law Team and greater global Infosys Legal Team that is committed to seeing you succeed in an environment of sophisticated legal work. Opportunities for cross-training on employment legal matters will be available.
Preferred location for this position is Richardson - DFW Texas, but candidates will be considered in other locations.
Qualifications:
Basic:
* Juris doctorate degree and a member in good standing with the applicable state bar
* 8+ years of overall dedicated immigration law experience in a law firm and/or in-house position
* Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. business and employment visa-related immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
* Excellent analytical oral and written communication skills
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail
* Commitment to teamwork and a collaborative work environment, including the ability to work effectively within a geographically distributed global team.
* Experience with immigration enforcement matters with Department of Labor, USCIS, and other agencies.
* U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, and those lawfully authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Infosys will not sponsor work authorization for this position.
Preferred:
* Experience in advising stakeholders regarding the interplay of immigration and employment law compliance
