Life Counselor/Direct Support Professional As a Direct Support Professional, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in our Community Habilitation program. This vital program offers one-on-one or small group services designed to cultivate independent living skills both at home and within the community. LAUNCH is different than other agencies!
