A motivated team-oriented person who performs repetitive motion to remove molded plastic parts from machines, assemble plastic products (as specified), hot stamp products (as specified), inspect products for flaws, and manually remove flaws from finished products (using company provided tools) to meet company and customer specifications. Pay: $20.96 per hour plus Shift Differential: $01.00 per hour Shift & Working Hours: 2nd Shift; 03:00 PM to 11:30 PM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed. In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. A motivated team-oriented person who performs repetitive motion to remove molded plastic parts from machines, assemble plastic products (as specified), hot stamp products (as specified), inspect products for flaws, and manually remove flaws from finished products (using company provided tools) to meet company and customer specifications.
