    The Personal Care Direct Support Professional assists in the personal care needs of, and applicable documentation for, clients served in the day program. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Provide for the personal care needs of adults enrolled in services. Documentation of all personal care data. Perform necessary housekeeping duties as assigned. Track personal care inventory and notify director. Provide coverage and assistance for participants during lunch periods in day programming. Assist in the implementation of instructional, industrial, and training activities in all relevant service areas (including Behavior Support Plans). Demonstrate teamwork with staff and participants in the agency (including other departments). Maintain acceptable work standards in all areas including attendance and punctuality. Ensure compliance with all agency policy and procedures. Assist in the intervention of crisis situations and complete the necessary documentation.
