The Receiving Quality Lead is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Mechanical and Electrical Receiving Inspection teams. What You'll Be Working On

Calibration Program Management: Manage the site's calibration program for all inspection tools (mechanical and electrical), ensuring all gauges and instruments are current and in compliance.

Supplier Quality & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Procurement and Engineering to address supplier-related issues and drive improvements. Lead or support Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective/Preventive Action (CAPA), and Supplier Corrective Action (SCAR) activities.
In-Process Support & Liaison: Provide guidance to production teams on mechanical and electrical quality requirements. You will support in-process and final inspection teams to maintain production flow and assist with complex troubleshooting tasks requiring higher-level judgment.
Reporting & Audit Support: Track and analyze incoming quality data. Prepare and present simple monthly reports to the Quality Manager on supplier performance and defect trends. Experience & Leadership: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing environment (e.g., metal fabrication, electrical assembly, or similar), including 2+ years in a lead, senior, or mentorship role.

* Perform final check to ensure all assemblies and detail parts are free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and non-conformance issues.
* Accurately populate quality assurance documentation using industry terms and definitions.
* Assist in Return Material Authorization (RMA) and Material Rejection Report (MRR) processes using Syteline to ensure timely resolution.
* Participate in 3rd Party audits as necessary.
* Maintain an "Ultra C-Lean" working environment by following proper work procedures, ensuring a clean work area, and confirming, at the beginning and end of each shift, that the work area has an accurate inventory of tools.
* Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to safety officials or Quality Supervision.

What You'll Be Working On:
* Inspection and Verification: Verify assembled electrical products, including wiring, components, and overall electrical systems, against detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and Bills of Material (BOM).

About the Role:
At Crusoe, we move fast and we build things. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and precise Quality Assurance Technician - Electromechanical Installer to join our manufacturing team in Tulsa. This role is critical to the safety infrastructure of our electrical equipment, requiring absolute accuracy in the assembly and installation of complex mechanical safety interlock systems (Kirk Key). You will play a vital role in quality assurance, ensuring that safety components are installed correctly and function perfectly according to engineering diagrams.
What You'll Be Working On:
System Installation & Sequencing: Ensure the proper management and installation of complex mechanical safety interlock systems (Kirk Key).
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret mechanical and electrical manufacturing drawings and schematics to a competent level, ensuring components are installed in the correct order and sequence per documentation.
Inventory & Verification: Maintain a detailed, accurate inventory of specific serialized components and verify that the correct serialized components are installed at the required steps.
Functionality Testing: Follow detailed installation instructions and verify the proper functionality of all installed components before releasing the product to the next stage.
Layout and Fabrication: Mechanically lay out and securely mount placards and identification plates onto panels according to drawings.
Logistics Support: Perform other essential duties, including moving and staging of electrical cabinets as they move through the quality assurance area.
Safety & Quality Adherence: Work diligently to meet and exceed accepted safety and quality standards in all tasks performed, utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
